• Project Name: Egyptian Ministry of Justice BI and Transactional Reports Projects (in progress):
The Scope of the project is to show reports of all transactions for The Real Estate Registry and Authentication offices, also to have a business intelligence solutions allow you analyze business and Fees you can get from all the electronic services the government provide via The Real Estate Registry and Authentication offices, All the key performance indicators which work by combining relevant measures with an appropriate measurement using OBIEE 12c Analytics portal.
Also show the performance of the all the MOJ Real Estate Registry and Authentication Offices based on creating about multiple dashboards This will empower the management, tactical users, strategic users, operational users as well as the relationship managers and various other stakeholders with the smart answers.
- Creating OLTP reports using BI Publisher 12c for all kinds of procuration transactions.
- Create reports and dashboards and designing them with enhancing interface to meet the intranet web application colors
- Migrate Reports, Dashboards and RPDs from test server to stage server and from staging server to
production server.
Thus eventually this will lead to a smart ministry.
The Purpose of the work in the ministry projects is to analyze and create analytical Business Intelligence Solutions to allow high management to analyze all the business and Fees that the ministry have needs to build visions that allow it know how the revenue and income coming from and the time of it and from which service in MOMRA electronic services via e-services and internal applications databases also to know how performance for employees and people and customers of these services,
The brief of my work and responsibilities are:
- Using the Qlik Management Console (QMC) to Create Users and Streams and give users access to
the streams and Apps.
- STORE data in QVDs on physical HDD
- Create tasks to LOAD data from QVD to QVF App files.
- Create Apps and Create Sections in Data Load Editor to load data and customize it to begin work
- Create data model then create Dashboards and Reports in different App sheets
- Create Web Mashups via QlikSense dev-hub
- Put Qliksense sheets and Qlik Dashboard objects in the Mashups html pages
- Create QlikSense Mashup and build Apps for analytical dashboards and reports
- Build an E-DWH with ODI 12c from GRP (E-Business Suite) to report from it (In progress)
- Support old BI solutions (OBIEE) projects for some municipalities and ministry

Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Senior BI Consultant) OBIEE and BI Publisher
The Scope and purpose of the 3 projects is to show reports of every transaction for Authentication, Registration and Forbidden from Disposal Modules, also to have a business intelligence solutions allow you analyze your business and Fees you can get from the services in MOJ electronic services the government provide via e-government gateway, All the key performance indicators which work by combining relevant measures etc. with an appropriate measurement.
Also show the performance of the all these 3 departments based on creating about 18 dashboards This will empower the management, tactical users, strategic users, operational users as well as the relationship managers and various other stakeholders with the smart answers.
- Creating reports with offices location on Qatar Geographical Map by Google Maps APIs and creating
another static one to show them with sliced zones all over Qatar with number of the real estate to
show how many real estates they have in Qatar.
- Create reports and dashboards and designing them with enhancing interface to meet the portal colors and design to be in the same theme of design also to make user feels they are same environment.
- Migrate Reports, Dashboards and Administration Tool repository (RPD) from test server to stage
server and from staging server to production server.
- Using IBM infosphere datastage (ETL tool) to migrate data from Production databases (Authentication & Registration DBs) to the test DWHs (Authentication and Registration DWHs), And there is more.
Thus eventually this will lead to a smart ministry.

Below is the Scope of my activities for this huge project:
* Business requirement study and analysis
* Building a new infrastructure for BI environment from scratch using OBIEE 11g to use the maximum memory for OBIEE with AS/400 using IBM AS/400 client.
* Study and analysis of existing Pharmaceutical AS/400 database
* Conceptualize, design and develop the Metadata Model for every report for fast start up.
* Suggesting and doing a best solution for loading data to escape the bad connection issues
between db in Data Center (GPX Center) in Downtown of Cairo and the BI project in East of cairo mirroring the AS/400 DB to ORACLE DB by ODI 12c on another server beside the same location of BI project server (This task under management and supervision of AS/400 DBA)
* Support to deploy the company approved Production Environment
* Perform Project Management Activities throughout the Lifecycle of the project
* Designing and enhancing the reports interface to be familiar with the company website using the website color schema, logo to design banner and footer created by PHOTOSHOP CC for the reports graphic.
* Verifying the data with the AS/400 database
* Support the company and obtain users sign-off
* Production support including bug fixes and technical issue resolution
I am the only one who must do all these tasks because there was no BI Environment and there is no team in it.
