The project is about providing housing facilities to the federal government employees under Naya Pakistan housing schemes initiated by honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan. Project consists of three towers (Tower A, B & C) and each tower contains 3 basements & G+21 floors. The substructure structure includes foundation piles, Raft foundation and three basements for parking.
Duties & Responsibilities
Over all project and contract management and top supervision on project consultants and contractor over the project performance.

Project Summary:
BRT is one of the largest and mega project in Pakistan, Half Millions people will be facilitated on daily basis, which having 26 Km length, including 8 Km elevated structure, 3 Km under passes and 15 Km running on grade predominantly. A high capacity drainage system along the corridor is also inclusive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing and directing the work scope as per the client requirements and the project specification.
Coordination meeting with the client and contractor representatives to evaluate the progress.
Supervising and monitoring the work to maintain the standard and to ensure the quality as per the client requirement and project specification.
Review the shop drawing submittals, and BBS (Bar bending Schedule) against the approved construction drawings.
To check and monitor concrete work, Asphalt work and Earth work as per the project specification.
Daily site visit, progress report and checking the inspection requests for all activities.
Issuing NCR and site memo to ensure and maintain the quality of the project.
Supervising and monitoring the whole activities of the project such as sub structure including (pile work, pile caps) and super structure including (Bridges, under passes, rigid pavements, mix traffic, drainage and building depot structure ) as per the approved construction drawings details and specification of the project.
Minutes of meeting with clients and contractor to evaluate the progress and to resolve the site issues with consultation.
Construction Supervision and Monitoring
Conduct Inspections (26 Minimum per school, based on Milestones and Sub-Milestones). Perform MANDATORY site visit for all major concrete pours (foundations, columns, grade slab, and roof slab/beam) for the entire time of the activity. All Visits to Active Schools (where construction is underway) to be conducted with Contractor Site Engineer. A minimum of 12 Unique School Site visits per week, with accompanying inspections is a basic requirement.
• All Inspections to include the following information on MIS as applicable:
o The name(s) of the Contractor Representative, CCSI Members on site for inspection.
o Observations, related to the particular inspection.
o The recommendations made in the case of failure and the stipulated time for issues to be addressed (details in MIS and concise version in Site Register).
o A clearly agreed re-inspection date with the contractor representative.
o Accurate Photographs related to the specific details in the inspection.
o All required construction forms to be filled and attached e.g. Contract Variation Orders, Rebar Approval Forms, Material Approval Forms, Source Approvals, Bar bending schedules, concrete test results, non-compliance reports etc.
o For re-inspections (because of failure of previous inspection or delays), District Engineer will be required to make a specific entry addressing the resolution of the issue.
o All MAJOR MILESTONE VISITS to require JOINT MEASUREMENTS (with District Engineer & Contractor Engineer together) on site.
• Ensure that the Contractor has maintained the updated site records on site. These include
o Quality Control Plan
o Health & Safety Plan
o Construction Schedules
o Drawings
o Site Register
o Contract Statement of Requirements/Specifications
o Statement of Requirements (Scope of Work)
o Hard Copy Record of All Documents
o Monitor and enforce the widespread use of PPE Equipment & Removal of Debris and report child labor instances to SDE and DM promptly.
• Submission for approval of a bi-Weekly Schedule for the following weeks travel to School Sites to the District Manager.
Invoices
• Verified the submitted invoices based on the joint measurement sheets that were previously agreed to by joint measurement on site.
Monitoring and supervision of the construction activities of roads in kohat and in karak
Quality and Quantity control.
Preparation of standard engineering computations, estimates, surveys, and designs.
Performing various material tests of Subgrade, Sub base, Aggregate Base course and Asphalt Wearing Course for quality control.
Supervision of structure work, Causeways, Culverts, Retaining walls, Breast walls and road side drain for quality control.
Regular Field Visits to ensure Quality and Quantity and to ensure that the work has been done according to design and specifications.
Verifying the Interim Payment certificate (IPC).
Preparation of Field reports and progress reports.
Preparing BOQs of different works.
