• Actively participate in setting up laboratory and production facilities of the upcoming paint manufacturing
facility

Job Profile
• Develop new colour scheme for the Colour chart (Ashuka Shade Card)
• Participate in continuous improvement of existing formulation to boost market acceptance
• Supervise production Trail batches, and check every batch of Decorative paint bases
• Optimize production process by periodic inspection and testing at production stages
• Evaluate raw material and identify new source of raw materials for decorative products
• Create new Raw file of colour creation machines of decorative paints

Job Profile
• Update and finalize the formulations after series of trials to deliver right quality of product at optimized cost
• Report technical issues to Technical Manager for continuous improvement of operations and product
• Plan & forecast production, arrange RM; monitor control and optimize production process
• Analyze production reports and troubleshoot production processing problems to eliminate production
bottlenecks
• Provide technical suggestions regarding product formulation and production procedures
• Generate monthly reports for Technical Manager & General Manager after compiling reports received from
production and Customer Care Department
