• Project implementation and enterprise system deployment management, including problem solving, documentation (regulatory, standard operating and user procedures), systems development, testing, and end-user support
• Cross-functional project team participation, strong communications, and change management activities will be an integral part of this role
• Manage projects to implement and improve local systems. Lead site projects to implement and improve global systems; manage site activities and coordinate with corporate project teams
• Identify stakeholders and manage expectations, determine system requirements, develop project plans and implementation schedules, lead project teams, manage timelines
• Oversee business process reviews; system design and development; data analysis, preparation, migration and load; validation; writing of user manuals, SOP's and JA's; training; business cutover planning and business continuity planning.
• Oversee all project activities including the training of personnel, procurement and development of standard operating procedures
• Manage, Planning & Implementation of LAN/WAN infrastructure and Application testing & installations for South Region Cities.
• Working on 7200, 3700, 3800, 2800, 2600 Series Cisco Routers.
• Manage and Secure Network by Cisco IPS 4240, 525 PIX Firewall, IDS 4235.
• Use layer 2 and 3 Switches 4500 & 6500 Series Catalyst and 3500 & 2900 Series Switches.
• All Local offices and Branches setup with Cisco Access Points and manage with Wireless LAN Solution Engine (WLSE), DLink & Allied Telyson APs.
• Manage VLANs, OSPF, QoS
• Provide internet & Intranet connectivity through Microwave E1, Fiber Optic and DSL.
• Manage Windows 2003, Active Directory, Exchange and ISA server 2003.
• Create Users accounts and manage policies on that.
• Install and Configure client software like SIEBEL, CHRISS XPRESS, GENEVA, SHOPTOOL
Manage all IT Operations like installation, configuration and troubleshooting Windows based systems
Manage WAN DSL Connection and LAN Distributed Network
Install and configure Wireless Router
Manage Windows 2000 Server Environment.
Create Users accounts and manage policies on that.
• Manage Networks of Corporate Organizations and Banks.
• Online and Onsite support for System and Network side services like Operating Systems, Proxy Servers, E-mail Servers and Routers etc.
• Assist procurement and Network setup.
• Training to all new Engineer regarding Corporate Services and Technical skills for troubleshooting.
• Provide technical assistance to the colleagues.
• Diagnosing / resolving technical problem.
• Providing technology support for stand alone computers, computer laboratories with networks, and library cataloging systems.
• Work as a bridge between clients and different departments within and outside the city.
• Designing, Planning & budgeting Physical Network Setup for Corporate Customers.
• Also responsible for planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the computer systems and applications, other responsibilities include installation and day to day maintenance of applications and related software, maintaining hardware and software inventories and supervising their purchase.
• Arrange VC (Video Conferencing) setup for clients.
• Provide VPN solutions to our clients on different platform and scenario using different VPN devices like NetScreen, Nortel Contivity, Cisco VPN Concentrators, Sonic Wall.
• Hands on experience on CISCO Routers and CISCO Switches 1900, 2950, 3500 series. Also doing little work on voice over IP
• Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting different Firewalls like Check Point, Pix.
• Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting Wireless LAN (Access Points).
• Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting DVB Receivers and Cards (Downlink).
• Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting ISDN setup.
• Installing, Configuring & Manage ISA as a Proxy Server or Firewall.
• Installing, Configuring & Manage Exchange 2000 Server.
• Effectively administering and monitoring the work of my subordinates
• Ensured a high quality performance of my team and tactfully handled the other staff.
