Main responsibility
1. Identify fast vs slow movers and maintain appropriate stock levels of each.
2. Ensure security and accuracy of stock levels
3. Perform monthly stock take and ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system
4. Provide Management and Guidance to all Parts staff
5. Ensure that all customers are being served in a professional timeouts fashion and are being provided the correct parts
6. Ensure that company policies are adhered to effectively, including staff discipline,
7. Time keeping, leave records, sick days, overtime records, etc.
8. Conducting staff performance reviews together with the Managing Director
9. Ensure that all direct reports are properly trained and understand their roles and responsibilities.
10. Provide accurate sales reports each month, together with an overview of marketing and sales activities.
11. Maintain accurate pricing for all parts.
12. Prepare budget and set the sales plan for the Dep..
13. Achieve sales, profit, GP% targets.
14. Arrange for preparing and follow up initial and supplementary orders for new vehicle launches
15. Technical support (parts catalogue updates, training, Info deployment, parts alternatives/substitution maintenance …etc.)
16. Pricing structure maintenance (for each product with respect to all channel levels)
17. Conduct periodic LTL parts studies Vs competitor models and Vs. market alternatives to insure competitive end user prices.
18. Analyze and enhance sales & inventory reports through SAP system.
19. Promotions and campaigns (preparations, follow up, evaluation… etc.)

23. Minimize A/F & VOR orders (% of total orders).

26. Assure all parts team following the SOP at all MAC parts outlets and reports with any defaults once happened.
27. Achieve MAC suppliers year targets (GM, MEBCO, GMK, others) with submitting suppliers monthly report
28. W/S New Customer Addition & geographical extension plan.
29. Insure and improve overall parts availability for all channels.
30. Process documentation.
31. Tracking the Shipments with the suppliers, Shipping lines & clearing sections until arrival.

1. Provide input on efforts to enhance existing products that meet customer requirements while maintaining pricing and gross margin requirements.

8.Ensure effective communication with workshop and sales staff to provide up-to-date information on technical and commercial matters .
9.Provide regular reports predating to current stock, fast, medium and slow moving items and dead stock.
