- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
- Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
i joined emirates as a reservation agent, now My role is to handle new staff joining emirates call center and train them how to treat and handle passengers and bookings beside handling complains.

• Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of a team of up to 15 Sales Advisors
• Ensure Advisors are delivering individual sales targets

It was A temporary position in the Dp World In Jabal Ali, i used to report to the HR Director, checking work load and preparing presentaions about whats need to be done to improve Dp world.
• Enter Customer info into Oracle database and issue customer financial statements from Oracle financials application.
• Engage the owner and the new buyer and prepare new contracts for the resale of the original property.
• Market all of the Nakheel projects and properties to existing customers.
• Advice customers on Nakheel resale rules and guidelines, new prices, recommend mortgage companies.
• Train new departments on the Oracle DB and Oracle financials applications.
