I represent the organization in Child Protection working group and SGBV working group since October 2015.
This work got me the best experience to work in humanitarian domain, being a part of the positive changes on the vulnerable people lives and using my languages, management and NVC Communication skills.
I am one of 10 field officers team assisting each other to implement the programs in targeted ITSs and CC.
I work with my team doing the tasks given by Protection Team Leader and Protection Program Manager.
I assist the team on Women, Child Support, Engaging Men programs and I run 8 focal points implementing the Community Committee Management Program, giving 2 hours session, 1 time a week totalling 10 sessions.
I visit the focal points in field, strengthen the chosen committee to empower them and welcome anybody to attend.
The program talks about different topic in each session, focusing on raising awareness on Early Marriage, Non Violence Communication, Skills, Protection and being independent.
I keep all the session reported accordingly and documented hard and soft on the system.
I report any incident and any work for any other department to help the vulnerable in the ITSs.
I give sessions with PSS for children and women, providing them with protection tools and well parenting methods. Also they have a place to express feelings and use NVC for better communication.

This work made me in control of the administration field of work.
I was assisting the GM of the main office with all the office tasks and factory issues including meetings and reminders.
Follow up financial tasks (rentals, invoices, accounts and expenses).
Draft and issue contracts related to the company business.
Being in contact with suppliers and follow up the office works with the secretarial tasks including Document Control and issuing reports.
Follow up the social media campaigns and advise on the graphic designs.
Prepare the draft articles of events sponsored by Shafa Water, that includes me attending the events and do photo shooting.
I was in charge of the public relations with clients and customers for any work relations.
Responsible of the logistics organizing the fleet and all tasks included.
I launched the new company (We Strass) of the manager family business specialized in fashion design, doing the HR tasks helping with recruiting, and also building the company policy.

Doing this job strengthened my communications skills while handling customers’ claims, tracking the payments and invoices regarding the aviation services.
Cooperate with all departments to deal perfectly with clients’ requests and claims.
Presenting the good image of the company.
