Main job responsibilities
1-Planning & Scheduling:
o Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following:
o Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.
o Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule.
o Managing and supporting team members of contractors planners (35 contracting company such as Arab contractors, Hassan Allam, kharafi national, etc.
o Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office).
o Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations.
o Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.
o Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
o Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules.
2-Monitor & Control:
o Preparing periodic reports for presentation to the owner and preparing monthly reports for the World Bank to follow up on projects.
o Performing progress presentations.
o Revising recovery schedules in case of project delay.
o Revising revised schedule in case of variation orders.
o EOT analysis and justification reports.
o Preparing all periodic types of meetings

Main job responsibilities
o Preparing the Detailed Baseline Schedule with Resources and Cost Loading
o Monitoring and updating projects schedule
o Preparing the manpower histograms, cash flows and progress S curves for the major activities.
o Preparing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports on progress and KPI’s of the project.
o Preparing the Monthly Reports (Dashboard, Presentations, project Status
o Preparing the Detailed Weekly and Bi-Weekly Construction Activities Look ahead to site.
o Preparing all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).
o Tracking and updating materials and technical submittals schedule.
o Follow up progress status, updates and productivity through daily reports.
o Provided Revised Time schedules & Recovery Plans as Required.
o Delay Analysis & EOT Claims.
o Preparing Summary Schedule.
o Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
o Updated work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
o Regular visit site with construction team to ensure all factors in schedule are considered
photogrammetry survey
