Effectively managing multiple tasks with changing priorities while showing strong flexibility.
2- Organizing resources, and manage the day-to-day activities of the department assuring efficiency
of the office operations; coordinate communications, relieve the administrator and the office

5- Take and transcribe dictation of letters and memoranda, including material of a confidential nature,

7- Preparing monthly and adhoc reports as required.

9- Provide information concerning office functions and activities in accordance with established
procedures.
10- Coordinate department program, seminars, workshops, travel arrangements, special projects.
11- Coordinate with training department for upgrading of the staff performance
Reports to the AMD Office Management
Area Office Manager is responsible for providing office Management services to the company locations & sites, this including maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising secretaries
Major Duties & responsibilities as follows:
1- Coordinating day-to-day management of supplies, equipment and facilities for the organization.
2- Mange and direct all office management activities inclusive of secretary works, housekeeping of
offices, maintaining office supply, in addition of managing service personal, drivers & security.
3- Ensuring action items assigned are followed up on its assigned time frame while accurately
and professionally delivered.
4-Prepare responses to correspondences containing routine inquires.
5- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences.
6-Direct and supervises safe keeping of documents and master files as per procedures in coordination
with AMD Office Management.
7- Prepare all administrative files necessary and required as documentation including monthly,
quarterly, and annual reports.
8- Organizing staff to carry out work due periods of equipment shutdowns.
9- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff.
10- Provide internal Training for all Secretary/ Office Managers as per procedures
Reports to the Deputy Managing Director
Office Manager should be completely aware of the applicable procedures of the Company,
and the Organization of the Company in general.
Major Duties & responsibilities as follows:
1- Supervise and ensure the proper performance of the Department Secretary (ies) in the
location, and the Communication Operator.
2- Develop and edit the text of correspondence as directed by, and for the Senior Manager
3- Handling the affairs of the Senior Management of the location in terms of appointments,
visitors, and communication in co-ordination with Communication Operator or directly
in case there is no Communication Operator in the location.
4- Administering the meeting called for by Senior Management inclusive of booking
conference rooms, attending the meetings, and taking of meetings minutes, and distribution
of the same after approval of the Senior Management.
5- To ensure organizing, care taking, and safekeeping of the archives in terms of hard copies
as required, as well as the soft version in line with the Company Procedures.
6- Attending to the services, office equipment of the location and its maintenance, and the
office supplies in co-ordination with the Administration & Services Department.
7- To ensure the proper run and use of the software, and hardware of the location in
co-ordination with the Information & Technology Department.
8- To ensure the tidiness & cleanliness of the location work place.
9- Keeping proper log for distribution of procedures, in full or in part as controlled copies.

and printing materials.
