Brief Job Responsibilities
Legal Responsibilities:
• Assisting in documentation review, contractual certainty.
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation.
• Overseeing the potential legal issues.
• Drafting legal agreements and contracts.
• Monitoring new legislative developments.
HR Responsibilities:
• Following up the employees’ residences and take the action needed.
• Issuing HR documents and forms (medical, permission…)
• Tracking the attendance and the performance of employees and prepare reports.
• Handling Employees complaints without any bias in judgment.
• Creating job descriptions for different positions in the company.
• Maintaining and continuously refresh the files of employees.
• Issuing internal circulars as per the needs of work.
• Involving in recruiting, promoting and terminating an employee.
• Nominate Staff for training programs in coordination with the departments’ managers.
• Preparing plans on administrative development to increase the production of Employees.
Administration Responsibilities:
• Review the organizational chart as per the need of work in the light of the annual plan.
• Monitoring the responsibilities of each department or divisions.
• Coordinating among the employees in the company to insure the smooth of work flew.
• Provide a balance on each departments of the company to secure coordination.
