• Increase profit margin (special orders- bonus items)
• Decreasing cost (expenses management- items gained from suppliers)
2. Inventory management (organise, planning and coordinating all inventories activities including branch transfer/ stock movement/ returned stock/follow up on gard results-differences)

• Responsible and manage the following with operational reports monthly/ quarterly.
• Following up at that all processes are done through the pharmacy polices and protocols.
• Screen and state advantages and disadvantage in work flow operations for modifications, helping and motivating of all supervised employees to reach their given targets, In addition to forecast monthly /quarterly and annual plans.
• Marketing and promotion:
o Planning events/ healthy day
o Promote skin care and hair care sections
o Schedule visits for
o Sales manager to cosmetic centers and physicians
o Change stock arrangements and appearance according to season
o Plan to weekly distribute flyers (through delivery manager)
o e-marketing:
o follow up on Facebook admin & prepare monthly articles
o Confirm that events and promotions are published on social media and website.
• Clients satisfaction/ service :
o Customer feedback / returns
o Re-activate patient file - customer care
o Maintain good level of communicate with our loyal clients
o Special orders (daily and weekly) ensure that needed items are chased and followed up until received
• Place:
o Make sure that all the Pharmacy branches up to standard and follow up the standard profile.
• Goods or products:
o Ensure that items are managed according company procedures
o Check daily gard reports -report missing stock
o Follow up on non moving items and liquidate
o Start working on bonus list - introduce new items
o Check level of expiry (purchasing expiry)- check near expiry
o Appearance of each item to the clients
o inventory control (branch transfer - purchase range - inventory turnover)
• Communicate between Retail -Retail and Retail other.
• Facilitate the tools to both Retail and Customer care to do their Job includes (provides them with the tools to be ready to use and make periodic maintenance to be in a good shape) such as \{assets -Equipment \}
• Make sure that all the branches up to standard and follow up the company profile .
• Set priorities in order to keep high level of service given to each store.
• Preparing the yearly budget and audit expenses VS budget allocated for the operation duties in each store.
• Supervise the operation team to set the department goals in a professional manner.
• Ensure/follow sending a copy of bank deposits of the stores to the Finance department.
• Prepare monthly report for incentives and present it to the head department.
• Responsible of distributing all marketing materials without abuse (Uniform, plastic bags, giveaways…….ect)
• Keep updated filing system for contracts and licenses related to each store.
• Maintain period for each request received.
• Deliver monthly operation report to head department with confirmed/pending/delayed tasks.
• Keep updated report of fixed assets in each store and responsible for its rotation.
• Make Sure the efficiency of entering Mobinil contracts and follow up with Mobinil back office
