JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for creating, planning, and project managing a range of marketing
materials, events, and campaigns to various stakeholders, including current and prospective parents, community, and media, in print and digital form.
Maintain branding awareness inside and outside the school campus.

Responsible for marketing and advising for School New parents.
Managing new parent interviews according to the school requirements and making sure that they meet the school standards.
Organize Orientation sessions and conduct campus tours to potential parents.
Assist the Marketing Team by doing marketing research on nearby areas, to help decide service prices and marketing-related activities.
Working on planning for getting new revenue streams to the school by Program specific promotional events, (school Camps - Trips - After school activities - inside and outside Egypt conferences and trips)
Facebook Moderation on the school page, running school Marketing campaigns.
Assist the Marketing Team by doing marketing research on nearby areas, to help decide service prices and marketing-related activities
planning and execution of diverse events, fostering a vibrant and inclusive student community. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, engaging stakeholders, and managing budgets to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with students, parents, faculty, and external partners. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a background in event management. Responsible for ensuring that the school meets the standards and requirements of various accreditation bodies, Coordinating accreditation visits, Staying up-to-date with changes in accreditation standards
Coordinate scheduling and logistics as necessary
Communicating with Traveling agencies and Hotels in Sharm el Sheik, Hurghada, Luxor, and Aswan to coordinate summer training for the students.
Manage PR and Marketing Campaign for the institute ( local press -social media …. Etc,
Organizing all important meetings, events, Seminars, and conferences.

- Responsible for marketing and selling an American medical magazine to multinational pharmaceutical and FMCG companies in Egypt.
