• Coordinate with Customer Service and Patient Complaints Unit to Solve any Issues Related to the Patient.

• Perform any other Duties as Directed by the Executive Manager.

• Manage the Executive Manager’s Office Petty Cash Fund:
Monitoring Expenditure, Processing Expenses Claims and Reviewing all Purchasing Requests to Ensure Audit Procedures are followed.
