• Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer.
• Assists the HR Consultant in typing, searching materials, drafting, designing forms, drawing flow charts, or any preparation of documents

Job Duties:

• Manages, designs and implements policies and procedures relating to organizational development.
• Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfer, etc. in order to ensure accurate database and maintaining personnel files.
• Prepare monthly hiring and employee turnover reports.
• Responsible for monthly Payroll Tax and Social Insurance payments on related to the clients.
• Manage the hiring and resignation process (contracts, and hiring documents).
• Manage all the social insurance internal and external processes for all the employees.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with concerned governmental authorities, this includes Labor Office and Social Insurance Authority.
• Advise on appropriate legal action regarding employees’ release issues.
• Follow-up and evaluate the medical insurance company and choose the best offer for the renewal.
• Issuing the internal memos and assured that every involved personnel have received it
• Responsible for the extraction permits for workers and vehicles.
• Responsible for the daily work of the factory and then each separate section
