• Develop extracurricular activities to support sales, such a new package, biannual review meetings,
presentation of packages for new school’s year, send monthly information packages with different
promotions.

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Cold Call / Emails as appropriate within the market to ensure the robust pipeline of opportunities,
Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging our network.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Maintain a Pre-Qualification / Tender schedule that reflects and updates outstanding and fulfilled
requirements for each tender
Online Marketing support (Social Media/ Facebook, Tweeter, WhatsApp, Google+,
LinkedIn, Instagram) for Vodafone Qatar account
• Social Media platforms management Facebook, Tweeter, WhatsApp, Google+, LinkedIn and
Instagram.
• Handling customer’s queries & escalations that are posted on Facebook, Tweeter, and WhatsApp.
• Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for
better serving customers.
• Analyze and maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop
customer service analytics and trends.

Analyze / assist investigating in customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist in writing legal letters in finalizing ICT escalations.
