·Received transactions data on daily basis and re-organized it for analysis as per the SOP (standard operating procedure).
.Contacted customers/agents to remove any discrepancy in the received data

Responsibilities:
·Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
·Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
·Administer Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Workstations, and network security devices for users.
·Implementing Active Directory Services on Windows 2000/2003 platform
·Performed hands-on administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Local Area network (LAN), resulting in optimum performance and minimum downtime.
·Working closely with developers to discuss requirements for the deployment of new systems.
·Created user manuals and provided technical support sessions for new employees
·Create and maintain user accounts and groups by assigning permissions on Windows 2000 / 2003/XP.
·Install and configure different peripheral devices.
·Taking daily files and folders backup.
·Developed and updates documentation, appraising users and administrators of vital information.
·Working closely with developers to discuss requirements for the deployment of new systems
·Perform Installation of windows & software’s in client machines
·Install Editing Machines graphical cards & required software’s
·Install printers & scanners and give sharing access to the clients
·Create client system images and put into backup server for any Disaster Recovery situations.
