Handle Corporate entities reservations, and groups reservations and booking who have a yearly agreement with Etihad Airways.
Collect and follow up on service feedback from the Corporate entities and ensure improving based on feedback
Manage VIP individual bookings and requirements as well as special service requests of the quests.
Accounts handled included Royal Group, Sourbone University, ENIC, Shiekha Fatima Bin Zayed private office, Crown Prince Court, Ministry of interior and Military Serivces.
Handle guest relations including loyalty Etihad Airways programs and offers
Implement 'Epiphany', a CRM software package and ensures to meets internal business requirements and conforms to corporate policies.
Handle guests loyalty memberships in order to build loyalty and improve retention as well as increase revenue
Respond to guests inquiries regarding their loyalty memberships and working on upgrading guests to higher membership level
Work closely with third party organizations on mutual guests offers that tie up with the loyalty programs (such as Abu Dhabi commercial bank /Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank/ Etisalat / Damas )
