Maintenance & Operations of STC Sites for ZTE Equipment.
Handling of PMR and CMR of TE and E&M.
Closing TT in defined SLA period.
Uploading PMR in STC WFMS system.
Managed Sites PAT on rental basis with Seder for Huawei.
Preparing PAT Reports and sharing to the customer.
Managing Daily plan with customer to visit the site.
Maintenance & Operations of STC Sites for Nokia Equipment.
Responsible for urgent TT regarding Wireless(MW & BTS) equipment at sites.
Troubleshooting of the issues at sites within the SLA Time.
Managing Tickets in RTTS software and assigning to field team based on Ticket Priority.
Complete follow up with Field team to close the ticket in defined SLA.
Closing the Ticket in RTTS with route cause of the issue.
Responsible for uploading the PMR in STC WFMS based on Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Target activities.
Served as Team lead engineer. Major responsibilities include operationa and maintenance of PMCL sites including all power(electerical and mechanical issues), TXN issues, AC issues, and all BSS related issues.

I did internship in PTCL Pakistan for two months in June 2007 to Aug 2007 and then after completion of degree i did internship in EPTSC(Orascom Company Pakistan) after which i started Job in the same company as a Operation Site Engineer.
