Involved in day to day maintenance work and planning for Maintenance works for civil and structural scope in the Plant. Daily planning using the SAP to allocate resources and man-hours to execute maintenance work arising from
job notification from Operations through the SAP system. Coordinate and plan all Plant Turnaround works for Civil and Structure scope for PTA 2011 SMDS Plant, DOSH Shutdown.
Involved in all construction activities in multi disciplinary
works for Plant Change Implementation below contract
sum of 25 million. Reporting to Project Development Department PDD/3. Review plant change proposal, liaise with various department in MLNG (TES, OPS, ENA & ENC) and conduct HAZOP and IFC when required. Get authorization from PLM before implementing plant change
scope during Turnaround, DOSH shutdown and unscheduled shutdown. Present to Asset holder and PLM before and after implementing Plant Change scope of works.

Project Management Consultants for the Melut Basin Oil Development Project, Block 3 & 7, Republic Of Sudan, Africa. Work assignment at the Downstream of Petrodar Operating Company (PDOC), EPCC of Bashayer 2, Marine Terminal Facilities Project in Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan. Involved in the construction of Onshore Marine Terminal Facilities, Offshore and Onshore pipeline. Successfully completed construction of 6 crude oil storage tanks for a capacity of 450, 000 barrels per tank, mechanical foundations for 5MW Rolls Royce Diesel Generator engine, shipping and booster pump, hot oil heaters, heat exchangers and various pump and vessel foundations. Also involved in the construction various buildings, steel structure shelters, pipe racks, pipe sleepers, oily water drainages, box culverts, bund walls, plant roads and earthworks for pipeline construction.
Nature of Work: Civil & Structural Construction Engineer
Responsibilities include;
Managing, planning, coordinating and supervision of all civil and structural construction activities at site.
Conduct quality check and monitor all constructions activities complies to relevant codes such as ASTM, ASME, AISC, API, AWS, Client Specification, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry construction practices and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineering on shop drawings and other engineering related issues.
Review Contractor's Field Change Notice and advise accordingly on clients requirements.
Prepare progress reports, construction schedules and verify contractor's monthly claims and invoicing.
Review contractor's method statement, as built drawings and construction procedures.

Project Management Consultants for the Petronas Carigali Backup of Common Facilities Project in the Carigali Onshore Gas Terminal (OGT Kerteh), Phase 1: Tie in during plant shutdown & Phase 2: PCC of Backup Facilities
Nature of Work: Civil & Structural Construction Engineer
Responsibilities include;
Monitor tie in activities during plant shutdown, cutting and welding of varies sizes of pipe, installation of MOVs and steel structure modifications. Responsible for all tie in works at Flare Knock out Drum System and Closed Drain System.
Review detail engineering deliverables including documentation.
Review contractors work procedure and method statement.
Review technical proposal and shop drawings.
Review vendor data for incorporation in AFC drawing
Review and approve as built drawings
Evaluate and answer site technical queries
Advise contractor and client on technical issues
Check on quality control procedures in accordance to project requirements
Review of test and work specification procedures for approval.
Review completeness of all documentation (test results, certification and reports) submission and make recommendation for approval.
Inspect and check on all compliance of execution of works to specifications and procedures, issue Non Conformity Report
Coordinate quality control issues for review and resolution
