Heading end-to-end HR functions in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi, and Egypt.
Liaising with senior management, country heads and understanding the business requirement. Also ensuring that Human Resource goals are aligned with business goals.
Responsible for strategic manpower planning in consultation with business heads and support businesses for on-time delivery of resources.
Responsible and overseeing the entire hiring cycle, issuing job offers and contracts.
Manage the recruitment cost within the approved Manpower Budget and source the best talents from diverse sources.
Oversee smooth onboarding for all new hires and designing Induction programs.
Creates and modifies job descriptions as needed in consultation with Business Unit heads.
Ensures Global & regional HR Policies are understood and adhered to. Responsible for policy Advocate and ensure compliance with the corporate Code of Conduct and Ethics guidelines.
As a member of the Grievance and dispute committee, investigate employee grievances, disputes, provide guidelines as per policy, and recommend necessary disciplinary action.
Having strong knowledge of Middle East country’s labour law, Pension Fund (UAE) GOSI (KSA, Bahrain), Social Insurance (Egypt) and PASI (Oman).
Handling Payroll for entire Middle East branches (Centralized system) as per respective country labour law.
Manage and implement performance-based bonus, promotions & yearly appraisals.
Provides immediate assistance & guidance to the stakeholders in connection with policy inquiries, remuneration issues, complaints, and grievances.
Supporting COE global/regional training programs such as “Leadership program”, and “Expert development program” for management and technical experts.
Administrating Health insurance, life insurance, and workmen compensation program for all Middle East employees.
Arranging & coordinating interviews and Preliminary short listing.
Maintain contacts with recruitment agents and other potential sources for future recruits.
Ensure proper update and follow-up with all recruitment stakeholders. i.e. Line managers, recruitment consultants and interviewed candidates.
Arranging Offer & appointment letters.
Coordinating induction & Orientation programme.
Overall administration of Canteen, security, Guest house, office and housekeeping.
Responsible for Induction.
Liaison with local contractors and Government bodies for legal compliances.
Maintenance of all employees’ confidential files.Generating/Compiling all kind of reports for management.
Receiving CVs against advertisement, preliminary Arranging & coordinating interviews, coordination with overseas candidates.
Arranging Offer & appointment letters through Corporate HR.
Coordinating induction & Orientation programs.
New joiners formalities like Bank accounts opening, work permit process, ID card, visiting card and etc.
Coordination of promotion/grade revision panel interview.
Leave salary & Gratuity settlement for leaving staff.
Generating/Compiling reports through SAP as per the management requirements.
Arranging transport, air ticket & accommodation for the new joiners and guest.
