•Responsible for organization and group ICT Operations, Cloud & Data Centre infra management, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Managed Services, Strategy, TCO Management, Consulting Support To Business, Project Management And Planning For Future Roadmaps.

•Working closely with Board, Senior Management, CXOs & Business Heads for alignment of ICT strategies requirements for business support.Ensuring ICT infrastructure design, purchase, delivery and deployment for internal and external client business needs.

•Responsible for overall Availability, Reliability and Scalability of Data Centre infrastructure in India, US and UK.Maintaining heterogeneous environment of Physical, Virtual infra, AF & Hybrid SAN, NAS, Backup appliances, at Multiple Collocations and geographic spread of SAAS business. We are now deploying Azure HCI to achieve hybrid cloud for our infrastructure.

•Responsible for overall Cybersecurity posture for the organization and group companies, by managing data centre, endpoint, infra, network and cloud security. Managing SOC/NOC, Red Team, Blue Team, for cybersecurity requirements with in-house / outsourced team and using EDR/MDR, SIEM, perimeter and cloud security tools. Have established security first approach by spreading awareness and working closely with stakeholder to improve product & infra security posture.

•Responsible for industry & regulatory compliance. Managing overall Governance, Risk and Compliance for organization and group companies by running internal GRC program and team. have achieved ISO27001, PCI-SLC & PCI-SSS under this program and now working towards achievement of IS27701 (PIMS), GDPR and ISO22301 ( BCMS) certifications.

•Ensuring all ICT Infra is managed, operated and maintained on 24x7 basis and support is extended to all internal business teams, as well as external clients on 24x7 basis. Operating 6 distinct teams to manage 24x7 operations, ICT Infra Support, ICT Helpdesk Support, ICT Projects (customer facing), SOC/NOC, GRC and Purchase management.

•Ensuring time to time costs optimization for capex and opex requirements, by working closely with Senior Management, CXO & other stakeholders. Currently managing 8 million USD capital budget of ICT for 2023 expansion and upgrades.

●Upgrade of Post-paid BSS/OSS, provisioning, for expansion as well accommodate new CRM & data service products
●Worked closely with customer care department to improve contact centre ACD, CRM and back office processes to improve service delivery to internet customers. The call completion rate of 80% was achieved in 4 month from ongoing 35%-40%.
●Rolled out voucher based recharge system for Internet by integrating all silos and legacy applications (IN, AAA, Post-paid Billing, HLR, Financial Application, etc.), resulting in less queue up at point of sales.
●Upgrade of Mediation system as single reference to existing nodes as well as to accommodate prepaid and postpaid CDR to support new applications like RA, FMS, Interconnect and BI.
