•Leading a strong and dedicated team of 10 members of QC professionals at Ramsis shop and sites.
•Attending the Project Construction and QC weekly meeting with client and Owner.
•Qualifying new PQR, WPS and Welder in accordance with International standards and client specifications.
•Preparation and review of WPS, PQR, WPQ, Mockup(Tube to tube sheet).
•Preparation and review of Weld NDT summary, Weld and Test plan.
•Preparation, review & maintaining the Weld repair percentage status for welder wise and Total project according to different service classes and Construction Material Approval status in every week.
•Material Receiving inspection and review of the certificates of Plats, Pipes, Fittings, electrodes and other industrial materials.
•Reviewing the radiography films.
•Supervise welding processes on the shop floor.
•Calculating welding consumables required for jobs and maintaining stock of welding consumables, raise the Indent as per requirement of consumables
•Preparing Internal audit plans and conducting internal audit as per Ramsis QMS.
•Preparing Internal audit reports.
•Qualifying Procedure for CS, SS, Duplex, Low alloy steel and I.S. Materials as per code and clients requirements..
•Qualifying PQR for different materials, thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 200mm.
•Having good knowledge of welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW, MIG and ESW.
•Preparing Welding Procedure Specification(WPS) for different welding variables as per ASME Sec. IX.
•Conducting qualification test for new Welders and old welders for change in essential variables.
•Preparing Welder performance qualification specification(WPQs) as per ASME Sec.IX.
•Qualifying Mock-up procedure for Tube to Tube sheet joints in Heat exchanger.
•Preparing Weld test plan and weld map as per job’s drawings and clients specifications.
•Supervise welding processes on the shop floor.
•Calculating welding consumables required for jobs and maintaining stock of welding consumables, raise the Indent as per requirement of consumables.
•Maintain records of welding defects and controlled welding defects by welding defect analysis.
•Dealing with Third party Inspector of TUV, LRA, AGS, BV, IBR, EIL, CEIL.etc.
• Establishing Material specifications as per ASTM/ASME/ANSI/API/NACE
• Establishing Welding procedure specifications as per ASME/API/NACE/AWS
• Establishing company working standards as per ISO quality standard requirements
• Control valve sizing as per pressure drop & flow requirement
• Control valve parts sizing calculation & material selection as per required application
• Assembly & individual part drawing preparation & release for production.
• Control valve performance testing under flow loop.
