 Working as an Environmental Specialist with Dorsch Qatar in their core team to handle the Infrastructure, Parks, Beaches & Beautification Development Projects under Highway Dept. /SCBRPP, Ashghal.
 Currently handing 9 different projects under HPD/ Beautification Committee to ensuring all the implementation of Environmental management system & legislations in place by the contractor and fulfilling the contractual and legal requirements to achieve an environment friendly and sustainable development.
 Reviewing and finalizing the CEMP, EMP, PQD, MST, Aspect & Impact Register, Env Training Plans Monitoring & Waste management plans, E&S monthly compliance and reports, Recycling KPI, online EPMS, CMRT, APMS monthly submissions & Housekeeping portal submissions.
 Doing frequent inspection/ audits at site and office establishments to assess the effective implementations of MoECC/ MME permits/ Client-PWA and Approved CEMP requirements/ compliances accordingly.
 Assessment of Risk/ Hazards and preparation of emergency management plans to avoid any incident/ accident at project sites and minimizing the environmental/ personal hazards.
 Incident investigation and spill prevention and control to identify root cause and establish control measures to prevent re-occurrence.
 Organizing Weekly/ Bi-weekly progress meeting with client and contractors.
 Conducting the HSE weekly/ monthly meetings with contractors.
 Finalizing the MoM after discussing with concerned departments.
 Reviewing the performance KPI of Contractors as per parameters set by the client.
 Coordinating with the Client and Contractor to fulfill all the contractual requirements on time.
 Reviewing and finalizing the MoECC/ MME permits applications, then taking follow up with the concerned stakeholders for the permit’s issuance and full compliance at site.
 Ensuring the waste management and housekeeping must be in place as per client requirements.
 Ensuring any additional requirement immediately to be sort it out as per client requirements related to Env. and Sustainability issues.
 Effective implementation of Sustainability requirements of Ashghal.
 Ensuring the Environmental monitoring must be in place as per client’s requirement.
 Attending site visits during handing over of diff. sites to client/ end user.
 Involving various awareness campaign either reg. World Env. Day or Air Emission & control or Waste management & housekeeping etc.
 Involving in finalizing the tender or other consultancy work documents required to Env. Assistance.
 Finalizing the EMP of Consultant & ensuring the effective implementation on all the projects.
 Reviewing and ensuring the SOR/ NCR/ Audits/ Permits log must be updated frequently.
 Preparation of PPTs or monthly accident summary reports, Progress Reports, Annual Safety Performance Reports, HSE weekly reports etc. & submitting to top management for presenting in monthly review meetings and further submission to Client.
 Ensuring sustainable development and minimization of waste generation at site and recycle / reuse of wooden, steel, plastic, concrete waste, waste water & paper waste initiative at site or through authorized recycler.
 Ensuring the On-Site Emergency Plans, Conducting Mock-drills for effective implementation & management of the same.
 Good understanding of civil drawings related to building plans, landscaping, site plans, infrastructure and services works etc.
 Ensuring the chemicals storage & handling properly as per MSDS, development of COSHH assessments and train the workers in place.
 Preparing project planning and reporting documents including investigation work plans, sampling and analysis plans, remedial action plans, permitting submittals and construction completion reports.
 Participating in the Green Award Program set by Client on Annual basis for each contractor.

Projects Handled: During QBS, I handled several infrastructures, utilities & roads/ highway developmental projects including micro tunneling, dewatering, crushing, screening, lagoons, sea-discharge of dewatering, deep excavations, asphalt plants, sub-base plants, PMV workshops, laydown areas, precast yards, concrete batching plants etc, clinics, workers accommodation etc. I was received the best contractor, for Ashghal’s Green Award for 2019 from PWA Authority for commitment & best practices to improve environmental & Sustainability performance in the project. Also received the several contribution & appreciation certificates in E&S best practices implemented in the diff. projects under my tenure in QBS.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
 Develop, review, implement and update the CEMP in accordance to the requirements of client, design consultant, GEC/ PMCs and as per framework & procedures of CEMP.
 Coordination, preparation and timely submission of Environmental permits & Consent to Operate (CTO) application to PWA/ GEC/ stakeholders and ensuring the permit’s conditions implantation on site.
 Monitor and evaluation on the implementation of CEMP and environmental performance KPI. Maintain adequate environmental records. Liaise with stakeholders as required.
 Carried internal audits in accordance with Audit Program. Handling Client/ GEC/ External ISO audits etc.
 Was involving in the tendering to planning to mobilization and completion & handing over stage stage of the projects also.
 Set, monitor and review environmental objectives and targets. Ensure that all staff are appropriately trained and informed.
 Ensure relevant statutory legislation is monitored and the requirements followed. Ensure accidents and incidents are appropriately reported.

Worked as an Environmental Engineer in Leighton Contracting Qatar WLL (LCQ). LCQ was the Main contractor for the delivery of design and construction of NOH3 (National Orbital Highway No. 3) in Doha, Qatar.
Project Name: Construction and Design of National Orbital Highway No. 3 (NOH3), Salwa Road to Masaieed, Qatar.
Project Brief: The project was having the development work for approximately 48 km of road network and a total of five interchanges. The Orbital Highway consists approximately 28 km of 10-lanes, 5 in each direction, for cars and light vehicles, with additional Collectors / Distributor roads, frontage roads and ramps. In addition to this, four separated truck lanes (2 in each direction) are provided starting from the tie-point with the existing interchange at Mesaieed to the project limit near to the intersection between Orbital Highway and Salwa Road.
The mainline typical section also has a provision for a future addition of two more inner lanes in each direction (totaling to 14-lane mainline section).

Project Description: DLF HUDA Expressway Project includes the 16-lane signal free road Network of 8.3 KM
total length, fully integrated and Aligned with the rapid metro route having underpasses and various foot over
bridges across major Corporate and Residential hubs of Gurgaon, India to enhance the seamless Connectivity
of more than 1.5 million peoples working in DLF’s developed area in Gurgaon. Out of this project also handled
other projects & responsibilities at corporate level as mentioned below.
Job Responsibilities
 Coordinated with Environmental Consultant to do EIA study, Environmental Clearance application
preparation & submission to new upcoming projects or expansion of existing projects includes attending
meetings with Environmental Consultants, Planning team, Architects, Service Consultants, field survey,
outside study, etc to collect the required information for preparation of the EIA report for different
construction projects under the EIA guidelines.
 Coordinated, assisted & conducted EIA studies for more than 24 Township, Residential, Commercial and
IT-SEZ Projects and attended the various meetings at SEAC/ SEIAA, Haryana to successfully obtained
Environment Clearance for diff. projects.
 Successfully done all EIA study, Preparation of EC application for getting EC for various prestigious project
of DLF LTD. e.g. EC obtained for Expansion of DLF Cyber City project on 116.52285 Acres, in Sec 24, 25,
25A, Gurgaon, Expansion of DLF City Phase V Project on 463.0265 Acres, in Sec 42, 43, 53 & 54, Gurgaon,
Building 14, IT & ITES Project at DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon, Camellias (Super Luxury Project) at Phase V,
Gurgaon.
 Supervised, inspection and internal environmental focus audits conducted for the PMCs working
for DLF Ltd. like Hill International Project Management, India Pvt Ltd, Aecom India Pvt. Ltd,
Cushman & Wakefield, JLL India, Knight Frank India Private Limited. and also inspected the
contractor’s work, working for DLF (like L&T, Simplex infra, Shapoorji Pallonji, Leighton India
Contractors Pvt Ltd. etc).
 Ensured implementation of the guidelines & time to time directions of National Green Tribunals (NGT),
GOI related to construction projects to reduce the Air & Noise Pollution to construction sites through
adopting the guidelines of NGT.
 Obtained Consent to establish (CTE) and Consent to operate (CTO) approvals from SPCBs, Conducted
Env. Monitoring of Ambient Air, Soil, Noise, Water, Stacks at the various project sites.
 Responsible for submission of Form 1 (Water Cess), Form V (Environment Statement), Form 4 (Hazardous
Waste Return) timely to SPCBs.
 Scrutinized of quotations received from consultants and finalize the contractual agreements, work orders
to authorized agencies for effective EMS, Waste disposal, HWM agreements etc.
 Preparation of Environmental Compliance reports w.r.t conditions of NOC, CTO and EC granted and
submission to concerned regulatory body as and when required.
 Regular site visits to check the compliances imposed by MoEF in EC conditions & conduct the STP
sampling through Officers of Pollution Board.
 Submission of applications to take Forest NOC & Aravalli Certificate through DC for all new construction
projects.
 Oversaw the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste safely and executed inspection programme
for all equipment and tools in the site.
 Maintained & evaluated the health hazardous, safety risk and environment friendly activities at construction
sites and coordination with site in charge/ construction team to follow all the safety norms

Environmental Consultancies work done for all Environmental related Issues (Env. monitoring, Baseline
data collection, EIA study, EIA report preparation, PPT preparation & presentation to SEACs & EACs,
Preparation of DPR of MSW management for different cities, filling up of NOC/ CTE, CTO applications,
submission of Form-4, V, I to PCBs.
 Coordinated for data collection, baseline Environmental Monitoring at sites including site survey, sample
collections and arranges all other required information to conduct the EIA studies and assessed the

 Successfully carried out the EIA & EMP studies and obtained EC from EAC, MoEF, Delhi for Industrial
project of M/s Sanmar Speciality Chemicals Limited for Modernization of the existing unit with Change in
product Mix at Hosur, District Krishnagiri in Tamil Nadu.
 Deftly tracked the MoEF (EC application submission to receiving the environmental clearance letter from
MoEF) and interacted with the Pollution Control Boards and MOEF, New Delhi

Assisted in preparation of Form I, IA, conceptual plans, feasibility reports, EIA reports and co-ordinate with
Environmental Consultants, Planning team, Architects, Service Consultants, Land departments, outside
study, etc to collect the required information for preparation of the EC application for more than 15
commercial & residential construction projects under the EIA guidelines.
