Duty & responsibilities (Technical Office Manager): • Following up on official responses between the different parties (Client - Consultant - Contractor). • Following up on official responses between the different parties (Client - Consultant, Contractor). • Documenting any changes in the scope of work. • Assessing the financial and time impacts. • Preparing or reviewing Variation Orders (VOs). • Drafting contractual letters and correspondence in a legally and technically accurate manner. • Ensuring the project complies with all contract conditions. • Coordinating with related departments (Finance - Engineering - Legal) • Coordinate between all Divisions of the project • Attending progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals • Responsible for all technical submittals (Documents, materials, subcontractors, method statements …etc.). • Responsible for revising all Drawings (Revision for tender, Shop drawings and As-built drawings). • Responsible for revising all quantity surveying and invoices (owner &subcontractors). • Prepare procurement schedules according to the project timeline. • Identify required materials and equipment for each activity. • Review technical specifications • Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to approved suppliers. • Collect and analyze quotations based on price, delivery time, and specifications. • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on deliveries. • Ensure timely supply to prevent project delays. • Preparing interim payment certificates for subcontractors. • Preparing interim payment certificates for the company with the client • Coordinate between different engineering departments to ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor the execution of technical works on-site and ensure their quality. • Prepare periodic technical reports for senior management. • Resolve technical issues faced by the project in collaboration with work teams and consultants. • Follow up on the contractor’s compliance with specifications and technical standards. • Organize and maintain engineering documentation and technical records. Duty & responsibilities: (Deputy Project Manager) • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using • appropriate verification techniques. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. • conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed. • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Coordinate between the execution team concerning the stages of implementation/machinery/equipment / materials, and the commitment not to exceed the accepted depreciation percentage for materials. • Commitment to follow the operating and equipment maintenance processes in the site according to the operation and maintenance policies. • Ensure that the implemented works are in compliance with the technical specifications for the project quality. • Assess and solve any problems that may arise during the implementation. • Coordinate between the execution team and the Technical Office. • Implement HSE policies and regulations.
