• Successfully upgraded the Allen Bradley PLC (ControlLogix L55 to L71)
leveraging existing flex I/Os for the TEG, FGC, and HCDP Package.
• Orchestrated SIMOP activities and oversaw offshore platform installations while

• Spearheaded the upgrade of Gas Chromatograph and Sales Gas Flow Computer
(S600+), seamlessly integrating GC data with a new FC. This initiative directly
contributed to a substantial improvement in operational efficiency within the
designated systems.
• Led the successful execution of projects focused on gas metering systems,
notably implementing an Alarm Management System by precisely calibrating
alarm thresholds to comply with EEMUA and ISA standards. This ensured a
heightened level of system safety and compliance.
• Completed multifaceted projects including the establishment of a New Crude Oil
Storage Tank, installation of Instrument air compressor & Nitrogen generation
package instruments, and executed control system upgrades. These initiatives
were pivotal in delivering significant cost savings for the company while

• Successfully revised the Offshore platforms electronic shutdown system trip
logic to comply with API-14C guidelines. Enhanced the pneumatic shutdown
system with WHCP by incorporating additional pneumatic instruments and
interlocks based on the approved MoC. This modification prevented unwanted
spurious electronic failure shutdowns across all three offshore platforms,
ensuring consistent Oil & Gas production. Identified and procured necessary
instruments.
• Completed the upgrade of Onshore-offshore radio link data communication,
transitioning from Serial to Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Radios. Shifted from the
licensed band (1400 MHz) to the free band (2.4 GHz) PoE-based radio for all 3
offshore platforms. Achieved radio link availability exceeding 95%.
• Executed the migration of the CMMS system from Maximo to SAP. Provided
comprehensive data in the required format to the SAP team, enabling the
successful implementation of SAP (MM & PM) at the site. Collaborated closely
with the SAP implementation team (WIPRO) at the Corporate Office, facilitating
the process through on-site visits as needed.
• Managed SIMOP activities and installation of instruments in newly drilled wells,
ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Oversaw the successful commissioning of new offshore platform Gas well Choke
valves, enabling local pneumatic operation from the Well Head Control Panel
and remote operation from the Onshore terminal SCADA through a wireless data
link. Compiled and codified a comprehensive spare parts list for this platform
using GMAT.
• Spearheaded the commissioning of the Hydrocarbon Dew Point package,
ensuring compliance with Sales Gas Agreement standards by regulating Dew
Point through Propane and Methanol. Verified the I/O mapping of Allen Bradley
ControlLogix PLC and RS View32 HMI provided by KPCL. Reviewed and updated
all as-built documents for accuracy.
• Orchestrated the commissioning of the Additional Liquid Handling Facility project
(3000 BOPD), managed under EPC by TECHNIP KT INDIA LTD. Integrated all
instruments with the new Honeywell C200 Controller, ESD FSC system, and F&G
System. Oversaw the Control and Monitoring of the Process Gas Booster
Compressor package (3 nos.) using Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC, Det-Tronics
F&G detection, and ensuring seamless functionality.
• Commissioned new offshore platform instrument, ensuring compliance with
project specifications & safety standards contributing to improved operational
efficiency & data monitoring.

• Carried out live installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation
systems in the refinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participated in annual refinery shutdowns and resolved operational issues to
prevent downtime and production loss.
