Achievements:
• Generation & Finalization of EPC Baseline Schedule (L3) as per the client (PDO) requirements.
• Allocation of the Resources to various phases of the Project for Progress Monitoring in Primavera P6/MSP 2013 on the basis of contractual weight age agreed in the Contract.
• Generation of Resource Curve extracted from Primavera P6(S-curve) showing the Early Start Planned Percentage, Late Start Planned Percentage and the Actual Completed Percentage.
• To maintain the Client requirements in the Updated Schedule by checking the Schedule logic file generated from Primavera P6.
• Finalization of the Reporting Structure for the Project Progress & Status monitoring.
• Establishment of agreed/approved schedules of individual work areas.
• Establishing the overall project schedule by coordinating with the customer, all suppliers & site executors
• Regular monitoring of performances of suppliers & executors against approved/agreed schedules.
Responsibilities Handled:
• Preparation & updating of Overall Schedule, Prepare Milestone Schedule for project execution, controlling of the project through monitoring of Critical Paths, Look Ahead activities & S-Curve, Publishing Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.) for customer reviews, Publishing presentations for Steering Committee meeting, Coordinating between customer, material suppliers, site executors etc different stakeholders of the project.
