Preparation and checking of General Arrangement Drawings, Nozzle Orientation using Drawing Manager.
Piping Study & preparation of Column, Pumps and Heat Exchangers, Rack, Vessel
Checking and co-coordinating of the equipment drawings received from various vendors.
Co ordination with stress department for necessary stress analysis required for critical lines.
Checking clash using Interference clash check and preparing actions lists.
Selection and modeling of supports.
Model reviews at the various stages of the project.
Isometric checking and review in SPR/Nevis.
Involved in studying of Engineering Flow Diagram, Routing of Pipes as per the System requirement, and Extraction of Isometrics’ using Isometrics Drawing Manager from PDS. Small bore piping layout routing as per P&ID & modelling in PDS Equipment modelling as per vendor drawings. Isometric Extraction & corrections Solving Errors found in lines while extraction of isometrics from PDS. Checking Isometrics & revising it as per DCN & SER.Incorporating yellow line comments. Clash check & review of model by interference manager.
