Managing daily Entertainment & Retail operations. (one of the biggest store 7500sq meter with 60+ manpower)
Managing, implementing and controlling operating plans in relation to entertainment strategies.
Contributing to revenue and profitability objectives through the entertainment offerings.
Health and safety analysis & Incident reports with Risk assessments.
Performance Appraisals of staff and Charting development plans
Training for SOP at store level.
Liaising and working with tenants and other departments for the smooth running and organization of events in the outlet.
Manage Stock of Consumables and non-consumables at store and coordinate with logistics & Buying Team for reordering of Stock keeping the lead time.
Compliance with all Govt. regulations & ISO Requirements.
Implement & Execute Marketing Campaigns.
