Job Profile
Operation and Maintenance Experience:
•Operation and Maintenance of 5000 TPD Plant and ensure high availability of all electical equipments in designated areas.
•Operation and Maintenance of 11 KV HT Motors upto 6000 KW and LT Motors upto 800 KW.
•Operation and Maintenance of 11 KV/2.2 KV Converter transformers and 11 KV/440 V Distribution transformers.
•Operation and Maintenance of 11 KV VCB and 440 V ACB Breakers of ABB make.
•Testing and Operation of Protection Relays (MAKE: ABB REF 542 plus and SIEMENS 7SJ601 & 7SJ602).
•Operation and Maintenance of Siemens SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVE, MV DRIVE and ABB ACS 800 VVFD’s.
•Operation and Maintenance of Soft Starters (Type: PST 30/PSTB 1050) of ABB make.
•Operation and Maintenance of ABB Intelligent MCCs (MCU CONTROL), PCCs & MV panels

JOB SUMMARY
•Ensure high availability of all electrical equipments in designated areas.
•Ensure implementation of good safety practices for safe plant operation.
•Analysis, implementation of schemes, drawings, cable schedule & termination details of electrical equipments.
•Supervise construction activities for the installation of low and medium voltage electrical equipments, Under and above ground cabling, cable ladder and support system, small power, lighting and communication facilities.
•Perform calculations, Study technical drawings of electrical systems to ensure installation and operations conform to standards and specifications.
•Testing & Commissioning, operation & maintenance of low and medium voltage switchgears, motors.
•Testing & Commissioning, operation & maintenance of converter and distribution transformers.
•Operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of VFD drives & softstarters.
•Inter-panel loop checking, Incomers and bustie interlocks checking of low and medium voltage panels.
•Hi-pot testing (AC/DC) of transformers, cables and busbars.
•Protection Relay testing and coordination.
•Experience in testing and commissioning of SIEMENS 7SJ601/602, ABB REF 542 plus(Feeder & Motor protection), REF 615(Feeder protection), REM 543(Motor protection), REU 615 (Bus protection) and SVERKER 780 (Secondary testing of protective relays).
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of battery bank and battery chargers.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of ESP.
•Maintenance of plant lighting, EOT cranes and other utility jobs.
•Up keeping of process air-conditioning system.
•Power monitoring of drives and energy conservation.
•Condition monitoring of all electrical equipments using instruments like Vibration Checker, Bearing Checker, Electronic Stethoscope, Infrared Thermometers.
•Breakdown analysis, Case studies and cost reducing by preventive maintenance. Spares planning, Man power planning and working in team for achieving the targeted goals of organization.
•Implementation of ISO, QMS and EMS standards.
•Budget planning, Plan and implement any improvement/ Upgradation jobs.
•Co-ordinate with production department, analyse and provide effective solution to repeated problems.
•Preventive maintenance by condition monitoring of all electrical equipments to reduce unplanned stoppages.
•Planned maintenance & shutdown maintenance planning and execution.

•Erection Testing & Commissioning of 2000 KVA Dist Transformer.
•Erection Testing & Commissioning of H.T, PCC'S & MCC'S Panel's, Bus Duct, Breakers Feeder’s Power & Controls.
•Erection Testing & Commissioning VVFD and LT Motors.
•Reviewing of documents- P&ID, Electrical Dates.
•Commissioning & Maintenance of H.T, PCC'S & MCC'S Panel's Breakers
•Coordination with Client and Consultant’s designers.
•Preparation of Site reports, Manpower allocation, Work Supervision, etc
•Project management including planning, execution of projects, monitoring, supervision and erection work of equipments.
