 Analyzed client requirements with Project stakeholders at client site, identified gaps by breaking down the high-level requirements into details, reconciled conflicts, and thereby successfully implemented ERP Oracle Applications- HRMS, Inventory management based Enterprise mobility solutions for multiple clients in Middle East.
 Product Owner: Owned and managed Product Development for cross platform iExpense Mobile application and Oracle Enterprise Asset Management based on Oracle E-business Suite, using Agile Methodology.
 Developed AS IS and TO BE process flows and wireframe mock ups.
 Oracle EBS Modules: Owned HRMS, Inventory Management, Enterprise Asset Management, iExpense Cross platform mobile applications.
 Project Management: Developed project plans, cost estimations, work break down structures to manage projects effectively and efficiently, from kick off to closure.
 Communication: Coordinated with client teams for various activities during Dev/Stage/UAT and PROD Go Live, as the central reference for all information. Raised Invoices as per planned milestones on completion.
 Milestones achieved: Successfully completed UAT and Production Go live for 2 Projects at client site.
 Documentation: Prepared Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Design Document (FSD, MD 50), Requirements Traceability Matrix, Data Models and User Training Documents.
 Pre-Sales- Demonstrated Oracle HRMS, iexpense, approvals, time and labor, and inventory mobile applications to CIOs/Project Manager for multiple clients in Middle East. Submitted proposals in response to RFP as a part of Pre- Sales activity to various prospects. Created sales deck for the various products developed.
 Marketing: Developed technical content for publishing technical articles/blogs as a part of the marketing initiatives.
