• As a CFR, I was responsible for the pre-sales and sales of the proposed solutions and products.

• KyivStar Ukraine as part of the 1 Billion Dollar Revenue Manager BSS transformation for Vimplecom. Reviewing SOW, Preparing the High-level time plan, Working on the Proposal, Risk assessment, Responsibility matrix, Workshops.
• Orange Egypt- Project Manager for Mobile Broadband Charging (1 Year 3 months): Swap Volubile System to Ericsson MBC system, prepare acceptance strategy, Plan and execute the Acceptance test schedule, Follow up with 3rd party integration and testing.
• Mobilink Pakistan - Project Manager for Charging System 5.0 Swap (1 year) NSN Swap out to Ericsson Charging System 5.0 for 58 Million Subscribers. Planned the Acceptance test schedule and executed it, managing a team of 14 Engineers, following up with 3rd party integration and testing.
• Telma Madagascar - CFR on presale Green Field for CS6.0 Reviewing SOW, preparing the High-level time plan, Working on the Proposal, Risk assessment, Responsibility matrix, Workshops, Presentation to Customer for the proposal.

• Prepare/perform network configuration and integration test for new and expanded elements.
• Prepare/perform system demonstration and/or acceptance as required.
• Gather all the required and valid tools, methods and processes, following recommendations/guidelines for delivery process where possible.
• Produce documentations such as HLD, LLD, list of test cases, test instruction, Method of Procedure (MOP), test progress and report.
• Properly handle customer requests.
• Be a point of technical coordination escalation for on-site problems and issues.
