WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plant Maintenance of static and rotary equipment (Like -CF Pumps, Exchangers, Vessels, Fin fan coolers, Column, Reactors, valves, piping).
• Preventive maintenance of critical equipment as per Plan.
• Job Work planning as per Daily Operation meeting.
• Co-ordination between inter discipline as per job requirement & execution of job safely with quality & as scheduled.
• Sub-contractor & Vendor management as per job requirement.
• Panning & Scheduling for Maintenance of equipment based on Operation requirement.
• Material and resource management for the equipment maintenance during Operational shutdown.
• Knowledge & experienced in SAP MM/PM.
• Material reservation and PR generation for the spares.
• Spares availability of critical equipment.
• RAM - risk assessment matrix preparation & implementation for critical jobs.
• BOM preparation for new installed equipment.
• Inventory Modeling of Equipment Spares.
• Ensuring Inventory management plans: Material codification of Spares, Open Box inspection, Inspection at Material storage yard, etc.
• Work Order Management and History updating in SAP.
• DPR preparation & Reporting to Unit Maintenance Head.
• Facilitated effective support to EPCM + OPS group for safe, flawless, seamless & timely commissioning of SEZ- OGBL UNIT at J3-SEZ PCG.
• Commissioning (Maintenance), Start-up and maintenance of CO-Shift, Shift AGR & SNG plants.
• Modifications reporting and execution during commissioning of plant.
• Planning and managing the maintenance protocols during commissioning work.
• Preservation of installed equipment until startup of Operational work. Critical Equipment preservations as per plan.
• Effective implementation of HSEF annual plan.
• Ensure adherence to MIQA elements like ITPs, tightness, Integrity, Operability & maintainability, testing, etc.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting to PTD \[Projects & Turnaround Department\] Manager as well as Planning Section Head.
• PTD - Planners co-ordination; guidance & follow-up for the assigned projects.
• Tracking & reporting for the upcoming/ongoing/completed projects from preparation up to the final invoicing.
• Weekly progress reporting for Projects & Turnaround Dept. \[PTD department\].
• Project Documentation work, from award of contract till submission of invoice.
• Internal & external professional communication.
• During Project preparation Studying, Developing & defining clear scope / objectives.
• Making plan & guiding a Jr. Planner or Scheduler for preparing a Project Planning and Scheduling in PRIMAVERA P6R8.3.
• WBS & detailed planning / scheduling of activities in Primavera based on scope.
• Resource optimization as per Resource loading in base-line schedule.
• Understanding the list of plans required to execute the assigned project, sub-elements, and their interface to other sub-elements.
• Developing the activities, logic, resources, and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance using PRIMAVERA P6R8.3.
• Developing, implementing, and complying with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Conducting & updating the schedule for daily progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas.
• Highlighting & tracking area of concerns / delay concerns to the Management. So it can be resolved without impacting the delay in plan.
• Assessing and incorporating the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operation and maintenance of Process & material handling equipment like REACTORS, DRYERS, FILTERS, PUMPS, GEARBOXES, COMPRESSORS, BLOWERS, MECHANICAL SEALS, CONVEYING SYSTEM, PULVERISERS, AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINES, etc.
• Operation and maintenance of Utility equipment like Fire tube Boilers, VAM Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Tower, AHU and HVAC etc.
• Minimizing breakdown by applying RCA and Preventive maintenance techniques.
• Energy saving approach to minimize the power & fuel consumption and increase productivity.
• Plant capacity expansion project, including design, fabrication, installation, and startup of piping, structure, reactor, material handling system and packing system.
• Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant.
• Executing modifications, designing, and implementing the modifications in plant with safety.
• Active participant in achieving ISO standardization.
• Suggested and implemented energy conservation schemes.
• Responsible for round the clock operation and maintenance of Utilities and Plant maintenance reporting to Site Manager. (O & T)
• Executed & Completed Two Major and many small internal plant projects, with Safety.
• Gained knowledge of MS, SS Reactors; MS, SS Heat Exchangers; MS, SS, G.I., HDPE, PVC, CPVC Piping.
• Material Handling Equipment like- Conveyor Belts, Forklifts, Monorails, Hoists, Trolleys, etc.
• Erection & Installation of pipes, reactors, and conveyor belts, etc.
• All the activities done with implementing SAFETY Procedure.
