- Management of day to day operation.
- Direct reporting to CFO.
- Responsibilities : Budget, Treasury & Trade Finance, MIS, Quarterly Financials, VAT returns, Audits, Insurances,
Monthly Closing - Including review and posting of all accruals, amortization, depreciation and other adjustments if any. Statutory & RERA Audit - Liaising with external auditors for statutory and RERA audit and any other special audit undertaken including company valuation.
Tender Evaluation - Evaluation of tenders for constructions vis-a-vis FIDIC and review of particular terms.
ERP Implementation - Review / finalization of ERP accounting software and successful implementation of the same.
MIS - Ration Analysis like ROI, Payback period, IRR, NPV, Aging analysis, Average AR period, Average AP period, loss of rent etc.
Internal Control - Drafting, review, finalization of SOP for finance department
Operation Management - Routine operations management (AR / AP / Cash Management, Fixed Asset, WIP, GL), cost control & efficient utilization of resources.
Financial Analysis - ongoing cost reduction analyses & areas of potential operational improvement to achieve max profitability.
Feasibility Study - Undertaking feasibility studies & market research before launching any new project.
Budgeting - Liaising with other departments, negotiating & finalization of budget and implementation. Close monitoring of budget and Capex. Variance Analysis.
External Communication - Liaising with cost controllers, consultants, contractors, bank and master developers for financial affairs.
Liquidity management - Forecast cash-flow position, fund requirement, availability and allocation.
Extensive experience in leasing business (residential, commercial - retail and offices, villas, warehouses, labor camps, long term leases.)
Tax - Timely submission of VAT and liaising with FTA for VAT Refund.
Hands on experience of asset management for freehold buildings (Owner's association) including preventive & corrective maintenance, contracts, regulations etc.
Reporting to Group CFO and controlling entire finance department in accordance with company policies and procedures & local laws and regulations - including Budgeting, Audits (Internal/External - Statutory & RERA), Off Plan Sales & Work in Progress (WIP), Leasing, Facilities Management, Financial Analysis, ERP implementation, MIS.
Reporting to General Manager & responsible for procurement on behalf of United Nations and its allied offices in Africa, North America & South America Job Responsibilities included quote comparison & evaluation, bid preparation and submission, procurement and logistical support as per the INCOTERMS worldwide and follow up for the payment.
Responsible for entire finance department functioning, responsible for fixing the gold, hedging of daily sales, dealing in bullion, supervision of retail and wholesale sales, cash flow management.
Worked as accounts and admin assistant under the direct supervision of Finance Manager and Admin Director, performing dual responsibility in accounts as well as admin.
Completed MBA with specialization in Finance from Jaipur National University.
Completed Major in Economics and History.
