 Responsible for entire process & operations of the Procurement Department. Current ongoing projects include a 5 Star Hotel, Bayan College, Substation projects of Ministry of Defence, Office building of Qatar Airways, Shaksy Villa etc
 Ensure compliance to Internal & ISO Audits
 Cost reduction through vendor development, negotiation, timely delivery of materials, finalisation of contractors, release of POs & Contracts, submittals for materials/specifications approvals from consultants
 Adherence to Budget for respective projects

 In-charge of Procurement, Costing & Stores across all sites of the company
 Business Strategy for Operations Management of the entire business
 Developed systems & processes to ensure optimum productivity across all projects
 Continuous focus on cost reduction through various initiatives

Responsible for entire procurement and contracts function for very large township projects in Mumbai.

Earlier worked on green field projects with ACC(3 yrs) & Essar Group (5 yrs) after starting my career with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd( 1 yr) as a GET in 2002

Headed Capex Procurement function for Green Field projects of setting up new RMC plants across India

Worked on various Offshore & Onshore projects product pipelines of HPCL, IOCL, Greenfield Refinery project in Gujrat, Steel & Power plant projects, Pumping Station on Dam, National Highways.

SCM of of Sheet Metal Parts required for Chassis & Body of Jeeps which consisted more than 700 parts.
