Journey:
o Started as Project Manager for DeFi application UNIGATE, with roles of a product owner

o The chairman, observing my detailed and systematic approach, and knowledge picked really fast without any training - brought me into the LYOPAY ecosystem of 20+ applications. Took over accounts of the departing COO, becoming a Dual Project Manager.

o Upgraded as a product manager of LYOPAY applications of critical nature - live and launching

Responsibilities:

o Direct activities, direct integrations, assign tasks, create procedures and inform best practices, knowledge and training source, and troubleshooting guidance for Software Developers, Marketing, Business, Finance and Compliance departments

o Create product roadmap, select and schedule feature development, fixes, releases

o Define development requirements, QA scenario mapping and quality checks on UI/UX.

o Take up feature introductions and developments on payment methods, reward systems, topup & gift cards, bank transfers, trading methods and more.

o Create whitepaper, product and feature information, gitbook maintenance

o Perform token listing, exchange listing, investor relations, vendor selection, vendor management.

o Involvement in new incorporations, drafting departmental KPIs and SOPs, due diligence steps

o Panel speaker in Gitex 2022 on fintech for merchants

o Quarterly announce product developments to 12000+ user communities on videoconference

o Subject matter expert for fintech especially in directing payment integration. Methods on growing userbase from 12, 000+ to 50, 000+

Responsibilities:
o Complete ownership of projects' success with assigned accounts (all customers of client on our platform and maximum reconciliation processed through platform)
o Decision maker, Strategy maker, Creating SOP, and enforcing the SOP to own team, enforcing SOP to client's finance and client's sales team
o Champion India-wide user onboarding. Bringing clients from grieving stage to standard operating stage within a short time. Stabilize high volume accounts. Revive danger accounts.
o Training client's sales and finance teams
o Guiding client's sales and finance teams on their day-to-day problems and reconciliation
o Ensuring tech, customer support, sales and business analysts deliver to accounts for customer success

Journey: Started as BDM specially recruited to bring premium partnerships and technical consultative selling. Then assigned as Project Head for driving transformations and restructuring. Also appointed as the head of Mahagram Foundation.

Responsibilities:
I. Business:
• Business Partnerships from South India and blue chips. Sourcing with end-to-end deal closures without director intervention
• Turning the industry top players, international ones and even competitors - as our customers
• Key Account Management of Elite and high-stake partners, plus technical post-sales support
• Training and motivating less-performing partners to generate higher transaction revenue

II. IT Project Management, New Product Development:
• Developed the concept of the custom enterprise software (B2B portal and app) that gives an upsell 550% and only 9% payable to our vendor. Decision maker on product policy.
• Guiding software developers of B2B vendor and customers over custom development, API integration, wallet policy and transactional flow while ensuring SOP and Compliance
• Shortlisting and negotiating the best technology service providers on our platforms.
• Assisting in technical recruitment
• Creating SOPs for project rollout, migration, quality control over UI UX, logical/transaction flows
• CRM Implementation, PCI DSS

III. Service Operations:
• Crisis Handling, Crisis Communications
• Drafted all agreements (Commercial, Channel Partners, Service level, NDA, Contracts etc.)
• Technical support and streamlining systems for Operations team, assisting them with the ability to work under pressure.
• Large Excel data handling, occasional MIS reconciliations

IV. Strategic Alliances, Diversification:
• Relaunch Mahagram Foundation with CSR, Sustainability Projects and new e-Governance model
• Proposals: Investment pitch deck, Solar, Assisted E-Commerce, Microfinancing (NBFC/MFI)
