• Timely completion of Job as per specification.
• Planning and indenting daily requirement of labor, construction machinery and materials.
• Tracking and monitoring of the output achieved from manpower, machinery and materials.
• Co-ordinate with design, stores, procurement, planning, quality and safety departments for the smooth progress of project.
• Co-ordinate with planning department for daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting.
• Job allocation to approved sub-contractors as per work order issued.
• Making weekly productivity report for the responsible scope of work to the Quantity Surveying department.
• Certification of Work Done by Sub-Contractors' on Monthly basis.
• Coordinating with consultants and local authorities.
• Preparing method statement for work.
• Checking all Health and Safety standards are followed in site as per requirements and company policy
• Execution of structural works, checking bar Bending schedules, material orders.
• Progress Monitoring, coordinating with sub-contractors.
• Leading team of supervisors.
• Supervision of high structure works like Major bridges, minor bridges, vehicular under pass.
• Inspections and approvals of site works, Quality control and quality assurance.
• Manpower planning and implementation.
