Evanssion is a value added distributor for emerging technology solutions in the Middle East, Africa & India
region in the areas of Information Management, Information Security & Data Center.
Managing overall accounting activities including preparation of cash and bank books, general ledger,
maintaining and finalizing all books of accounts.
❖ Responsible for processing of vouchers along with preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
statements.
❖ Ensuring maintenance of various records; salary register, bills register, payment register.
❖ Liaising with the Bank officials whenever required.
Preparation of cash and bank books, general ledger, maintaining and finalizing all books of accounts.
❖ Independently preparing and maintaining the Trial balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet
of the company.
❖ Maintaining accounting functions up to the finalization level for presenting a true and fair view of the
year-ending financial statements.
❖ Monitoring the accounts of Payables and Receivables and following up on payment recovery.
