Duties & Responsibilities:
• Study and Preparation of Route Feasibility
• Route Verification, Physical Verification and Refinement of Route
• Carried out Site Visit for pipeline routes identified during Desktop Study
• Prepare Construction Work Pack for EPC Contractor for Installation of flowlines trunk lines & export pipelines
• Interaction with Client, EPC Contractor and Vendor for Technical Concerns
• Checking, Preparation and Issuing of all Pipeline Engineering Deliverable
• Evaluated technical bids for Valves and Pipeline components and floating Purchase Requisitions for pipeline items
• Upheaval Buckling analysis for individual section of pipe, bends and crossings involving high temperature/pressure flowlines and mainlines
• Pipeline Stress Analysis using CAESAR II involving high temperature/pressure flowlines and mainlines
• Supervision and assistance in preparation of pipeline alignment sheets, crossing drawings, pipeline typical drawings and Piping GA drawings for a network of flowlines, trunk lines & export pipelines.
• Checked drawing verses equipment layout, piping layout, piping isometric, piping supports, bulk and final material take-off.
• Interacted with multi-discipline teams of engineers for meeting technical, quality and schedule requirements. Assisted senior engineers for Man-hour estimation (CTR).
• Reviewed and approved mechanical design standards and specifications and utilized sector and safety best-practices. Monitored and ensured compliance requirements are met as per design and specification.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Feed verification; Prepared Pipeline Design Basis and Piping Material Specifications.
• Conducted stress analysis of flow lines, export pipelines, station piping, wellhead piping portions, facility piping and prepared stress analysis reports.
• Prepared Bulk MTO for Piping and Pipeline stations using MS Access database and MS Excel.
• Prepared Specification and Datasheets for Pipeline Ball, Globe, Check and DBB Valves.
• Vendor document review for Pipeline components.
• Calculated wall thickness for various material grades and branch reinforcement calculations.
• Organized the preparation of As-built drawings and documentation.
• Evaluated technical bids for Valves, Pipeline and Piping components. Prepared requisition for procurement.
