Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority as the name implies, primarily came into being for the welfare of the serving and retired officers of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. The Housing Society, which made a humble beginning with allotment of a mere 76.2 acres of land has come a long way since. It was through the state of the art development of mostly barren land, meticulous master planning, provision of enviable civic facilities and quality living environments to its residents that DHA has attained a status which serves as a benchmark for quality community living unparalleled to its class.
DHA has thus come a long way in emerging as the largest and most prestigious residential estate of the country. Creek Vistas is one-of-its-kind project. Spread over 16 acres of land with covered area of 3 Million Sq/ft, the Project has 720 apartments in 12 blocks, having 16 floors each with penthouses (with & without pool). Clubhouse with Swimming Pool and six Sub-Stations are within the boundary facilities.

Supervised Infrastructure works including Road, Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage System, Project Boundary Wall, Utility Store, Swimming Pool, Landscaping etc. Moreover, responsibility of monitoring, supervising the Contract for all type of Structure, Finishing and Interior Works.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

 Work progress monitoring.
 Checking and verification of bill.
 Coordination with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC department.
 To Inspect & monitor quality and progress of work according to specification.
 To check the work as per request slip presented by contractor & after inspection to give approval for all type of finishing work & infrastructure work.
 Verifying progress, reported by the contractor and assist in the resolution of problems with contractor progress.
 Submit daily activity reports of contractors’ day-to-day activities and operations. Provide input to project critical item list.
 Verify the reported progress and actual progress at site and its correctness.
 Attend weekly project progress meeting. Participates in lessons learned.
 Quality assurance and quality of finishing works and infrastructure for new-build, renovation, repair and modification of facilities and buildings as per the requirements of DHA.
 Coordinating project activities on site and contractors.
 Assuring proper implementation of QA/QC produces on the project as well as environment health and safety.
 Monitor contractor activities, methods and work man-ship.

Worked on Storm Water Drains all over DHA.

Worked on 6x sub stations & Club House.

Construction of Residential buildings in which all kind of Engineering Works with related to Civil Engineering.

Responsible for all civil works.
