Amjad Abdullah

I am a leader of a networking team. My main responsibility is to develop a systematic
approach for my team to achieve company vision. My other responsibilities include reporting
KPIs to higher management and providing plans to improve team performance on short and
long terms. Identifying risks, project budget estimation, assisting HR with managing my team
resources, assisting procurement with project purchases as well as team self-improvement
education are also part of my job. I am currently preparing for Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification

Provided networking advanced services to large corporations including main KSA ISPs.
In addition to working as a technical consultant, I worked as a project manager for some projects.
The advanced services we provided includes greenfield implementations upgrades and migrations or modifications to
existing networks. The output is usually design documents (HLD, NIP, LLD, NFRU, …etc.).
Some of the projects I worked on:
· Provided design Advanced Services to ZAIN SA SP WiFi project (2015-2016)
· Provided design Advanced Services to ZAIN SA SP reload Projects (2015)
· Provided project management and Advanced Services to Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RDCCI) - WiFi
part. (2014 - 2015)
· Designed outdoor wireless infrastructure for large Saudi Public Pension Agency housing complex (2014-2015)
· Assigned as a project manager as well as a consultant for Mobily Wi-Fi 3G offload project that is implemented in Arafat,
Mena and Mozdalefa in Makkah. (2014)
· Worked in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) project that included: WiFi and AAA design,
implementation and operation. (2011 - 2014)
· Supervised KAUST SCHOOLS Aruba Wi-Fi Implementation project. (2013)
· Managed EmaarEC (in King Abdullah Economical City) AAA infrastructure migration. (2012 - 2013

· Provided Cisco TAC support in Wireless and AAA for Cisco Customers worldwide in EMEA time zone.
· Involved in many projects worldwide (governmental, military, healthcare…etc.) where I employed technical and
troubleshooting skills to troubleshoot and resolve Wireless and AAA issues.
