• Reporting directly to “Executive Director of Operations Department”
• Facilitate all types of tasks as assigned to me by the Executive Director of Operations and make sure proper coordination and follow-up is performed with all supporting departments in the organization until work is completed.
• Support the overall transformation of the organization to abide by the National Health Strategy, and maintain confidentiality of all related information.
• Handle projects as assigned to me by the Director and manage it A-to -Z.
• Establish working groups as requested.
• Perform full “mirror” translations (Arabic to English and vice versa) for all types of materials i.e. documents, proposals, and correspondences and do any necessary editing. Also perform interpretations as instructed.
• Manage all types of day-to-day internal and external communications and correspondence.
• Collect and build information database and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested.
• Coordinate to provide all statistics reports and KPIs to the Director Office from supporting departments.
• Participate in creating action plans, risk assessment plans for projects.
• Propose project budget, assist in writing and updating related policies.
• Assist in coordinating the annual manpower list as requested.
• Assist in coordinating for staff work schedule for week days and for weekends duty.
• Manage all issues for any project related to budgeting/ purchase requests/ following-up with Procurements and logistics regarding POs and coordinate with suppliers for accurate delivery to project sites, and communicate with Communications Department for the related ATL, BTL Or TTL, media plan and marketing items.
• 24hr on-call standby to address and escalate all types of emergencies at health centers.
• Familiar With Cerner Clinical Information System CIS
• Full Time job inside “Camp Asayliyah” American Military Base in Doha, working for the Combined Media Processing Center-Qatar (CMPC-Q).
• Buzzing Multi-Teams working environment consisting of 1400 staff from over 21 nationalities working in 3 shifts for continuous 24hrs work.
• Was part of a large Long-term Military Exploitation/Translation Project: ISG.
• Coordinate for arrival of items, receiving items, and subjecting them to Triage, scanning and archiving.
• Responsible for the quality of production within my team (30 linguists).
• Perform professional full & partial translation projects (Arabic to English and vice versa) for both confidential and open source materials and documents of any subject (mostly military, political, scientific and technical subjects. Example: The US Navy Diving Manual).
• Make sure that all tasks are done before assigned deadlines.
• Was the Quality Controller + Team Trainer for my team, as I proofread, edited and supervised the quality of production for the team.
• Make sure that all (30) linguists are updated with all guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate team members and submit reports on their performances.
• Prepare training schedules and PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing staff.
• Coordinate between team members and Team Leader.
• Coordinate between team members and main management.
• Had an American security clearance for “Camp Assayliyah” military base.
• Passed a series of mandatory Polygraph Tests (4 times) concerning security and confidentiality of information.
• Perform interpretations between American personnel and contractors or Qatari forces as requested.
