• Handling All Maintenance works on Souq Waqif (2100 shops)and other type of buildings (offices building - car parking building - resident building) as client represintative
• Responsible to assist with troubleshooting, repair and reporting of emergency service requests, potential liability concerns, or safety hazards
• Participate in the development of goals and objectives, make recommendations & improvements
• Monitor and control supplies & equipment, order supplies and tools as necessary, prepare documents for equipment procurement, prepare specifications
• Ensures that the Health Safety and Environment policies and procedures are complied with. Incidents and accidents are reported in accordance with the Safety policies and procedures
• Evaluates reported maintenance problems and authorises expenditures for repairs and reinstatement of services
• Cordinate all contractor and sub-contractor to insure that all maintenance jobs completed on high quality engineering standard and achieved the customers / end user satisfiction
• Contracts management are carried out in accordance with contracts provision and non compliance issues resolved through contracts department
• Perform related duties as required
• Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability
• Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers
• Assist in the development of comprehensive contingency plans for the company.
• Able to work under pressure, remain calm, use high levels of initiative, problem solving skills and to be able to communicate effectively.
● Handling all kinds of renovation and restoration projects.
● Oversees management of subcontractors and provides direct coordination with Contracts organization and provides input as required.
● managing of the key account of VIP client like ICT, ADNOC…etc.
● control the expenses of cash purchasing by analyzing the project data.
● Schedules and plans for the various elements of the assigned projects.
● Coordinates with the Supply Chain leadership to ensure procurement of services and materiel.
●Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors and clients.
● Provides input into performance reviews and develops plans for personnel assigned under area.
● Propose and schedule maintenance major operations.
● Define, follow-up and optimize Maintenance expenses.
● Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability and utilization targets.
● validate some work requests and work orders.
● Set and share Maintenance Department long, medium and short term goals and objectives in line with plant objectives.
