▪ Guaranteeing efficient and sustainable operation of the facilities by negotiating contracts with external service providers while with Cost clarity to achieve best possible pricing and flexible terms that match operating costs budgets and business needs.
▪ Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility while ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
