Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing
standard costs to actual production costs.
* Partners with Production Managers, Inventory Planning and Sales to help create an
accurate drawing of cost within Pricing assumptions (design, materials, country of
origin)
* Updates standard costs for all brands products

* Assists with forecast and margins analysis for product categories
* Prepares month-end costing status reporting
Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all accounting and financial
* Supervision and mentoring of finance staff
* Coordinate finance staff and make sure monthly report is sent in timely manner,
including AR/AP analysis after approving them.
* Responsible for consolidated management response to any Internal and External
requirements
* In coordination with CFO will be Responsible to addressing questions from External
Auditor
* Coordinate with HR department on Timesheets for expats, making sure that
allocations are covered in the budgets (monthly)
* Follow up cash inflow and cash outflow
* Perform other duties as assigned by CFO

Provide post-sales support as needed
* Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
* Interact with teams of developers, offshore teams then monitor and tune
performances
* Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation
* Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
* Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like
manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.
* Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills
* Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers
* Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients
* Assist clients with implementation and training of ERP

Hands on position responsible for PIC field office accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting,

Lead teams in designing and implementing their respective SAP systems and serve
as senior business systems managers on client engagements within the consumer
products and life sciences industries
* Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project
components for SAP projects
* Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and
budget for the project
* Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both
clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings
* Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to
the projects
