- Grow and establish Chicago Pneumatic as one of the number one supplier of solutions for Construction Equipment in the country of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Kuwait and Yemen.- Further develop existing distributors and establish new partners in the assigned territories.- Planning and execution of Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment business line strategies.- Maximized market share and profit due to a well-defined and implemented strategy.
-To maximize the sales and market share of Atlascopco Compressors and Generators -through the relevant sales channels.
-To support the Sales Manager in the growth of the business and development of the team.
- To maintain an excellent awareness of business opportunities within the sales territory and to pass on lead to other products
-To formulate creative solution outside of argumentation to differentiate the offer from competition, and ensure Atlascopco remains the customers first in Choice.
- To carry out demonstration, participate in exhibitions in order to achieve sales target
- To support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of monthly report, visits, action report(including lost order reporting outlining to who, why and proposed corrective action.
- To attend sales meetings and ensure that all agreed action points are implemented and followed up on.
- To attain a 1-to-1 ratio of machine quotations in CTP and update status accordingly to ensure accuracy of management team system quarries.
- To achieve results as per objectives agreed with the Country Manager in coordination with the business line manager.
- To support and promote the Group’s Core Values: Interaction, Commitment, and Innovation.
- To be responsible for the territory and customers, and sell the Atlas Copco products at the best market price per guidelines set by the Division BLM and the Country Manager.
- To use all Internet/Intranet applications, to minimize paperwork and improve technical knowledge.
- To interact with all other business areas and divisions, in a constructive, productive and unselfish way in order to better serve the customer, and improve the consolidated result of the divisions and performance of the Business Area and the Group.
- To have an in depth knowledge of Portable Division products, applications, customer types, market segment and customer purchasing habits
- To undertake proposal, presentation including the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales.
- To support sales through undertaking site survey and providing technical advices
- To support the customer network both technically and commercially in order to promote new existing atlascopco products.
- To develop and maintain excellent customer relationship at all levels within the territory.
- To promote “total solution” concept integrating machine and aftermarket products to optimize customer share.
