- To ensure cost effective maintenance and asset integrity by monitoring and controlling the planning & Scheduling activities during routine maintenance and shutdown activities and to provide support to other maintenance sections.
- To ensure effective implementations of weekly rolling plans and control the backlog within the targets established.
- To ensure the KPIs compliance, arrangements of logistic support during shutdown activities and routine maintenance activities.
- To enhance the utilization of MAXIMO system and coordinate with all the planning team.
- To participate in the Budget Preparation and assist in the implementation of the approved budget and work plans to deliver section objectives.
- Schedule, control & Supervise the assigned personnel and to carryout day to day routine maintenance and shutdowns (in-house) activities.
- Supervise the implementation of the maintenance planning function to ensure that deliverable s are accomplished efficiently to the most productive and cost effective manner.
- Knowledge of CMMS and effective planning.
- Attention to details, Analytical thinking, Problem solving skills, concern for safety, quality and productivity, customer focus, creative thinking.

- Yearly Budget Plan Preparation
Project execution in EPC, MEP works, HDPE, DI & GRE piping works, HVAC systems, hot and cold water systems, bulk oil storage tanks. Preparation of cost estimates and contract documents for major plan_ (onshore and offshore) modification, expansion and maintenance projects. Negotiations with suppliers with respect to efficiency and cost effective measures. Coordination the day-to-day work at the sites, including the development of schedules to ensure project maintenance and effective execution. Planned and scheduled procurement of material, equipment and manpower needed to meet project requirements and target dates. Execution of safety regulations and procedures and also monitor particular problem areas. Preparation of site visit reports of onshore and offshore areas

• OSBL Package A for ASU/ Elixier Plant, GASC.
• Maintenance & repair of 21 nos. of Oil storage Tanks
