• Designing lending products for individual customers and participating in
the process of implementation.
• Co-operate with product development team to Review, develop and
improve in regular basis procedures, retail lending products, delegation
matrix related to retail sector.
• Write and implement standard operating procedures for credit personnel
to achieve consistency in unit operations.
• Reduced past due balances and bad debt by coordinating collection
efforts with customer service, sales and billing departments.
