Group Product Manager:
I am looking after whole group brands, that are total 5 brands, 3 Strategic brands in Marketing and 2 brands in Trade. I am looking after a very dynamic marketing team that consist of 2 product Managers 1 my self and another one is reporting to me. Market analysis, Planning Marketing Activities and Plans, implementation and executions, result orientation, ROI calculations of all marketing activities, Promotional tools developments, Customers retentions and development, business management and for-casting, Planning and Launching New brands etc are all my devoted and loving job rolss and skills.
