» Minimize Zone-IV manual transactions to exceptional numbers.
» Always timely resolved EMAN operational issues regarding POS terminals.
» Providing POS training and it’s essentials to MCCIs/MMTs/LA/ALA/APOs.
» Established fruitful relations with AG (Vendor EMAN) so that to resolve POS related issues timely for smooth operation.
» Properly monitoring POS illegal movement and restricted to the respective area’s
AM approval if required, which minimize POS damaging and other operational issues regarding audit observations.
» Motivate and encourage Zone-IV APOs for smart working so that to maintain smooth operation.
» Help EMAN BOH Support team regarding EMAN shed data/report preparations.
Troubleshooting system network problems.
» Log all help desk interactions, track and route problems, requests, document resolutions and prepare activity reports.
» Register all complaints online in Engro Business Support System (EBSS) and assign to the concern where necessary, for the fast and proactive actions and problems resolutions.
» Remain available in office on Monday and Tuesday (Milk payment days) for smooth milk payment.
» Accompany Area Manager, Area Officer, Agri Services Officer and Quality Control Officer to be more productive for field staff and Area Office.
» Train and Educate Milk Collection In-charge(s) (MCCIs), Milk Mobile Tester(s)(MMTs) and Lab Supervisor (LS).
» Arrange refresher training sessions with MCCIs, MMTs and LS for smooth operation.
» Help Admin &Accounts Officer to maintain Engro Milk Automation Network (EMAN) supplies at Area Office.
» Affective monitoring of EMAN system to avoid any kind of misuse of the system.

This project was assigned by the Director General of Monitoring & Evaluation Directorate (Planning and Development Department N.W.F.P) when I was performing my duties and responsibilities as Internee-NIP in 2007-08. The aims of the project were to strengthening and develop Computer Science &I.T learning level in government high, and secondary schools (male and female). So there were 169 high and secondary schools from 24 districts of N.W.F.P
