Leading Technical and development on work streams in the Factory focusing on implementing projects that generate bottom-line impact, designing improvement systems & processes, and in developing strategies to ensure growth and impact in the Market

Monitor and improve all process parameters in Production as possible including the loss/gain and process control strategy (PCS), Staging Area, Rework Station Areas, Buggy Floor and managing new projects capital spending and start up activities and performance.
• Lead improvement cycle for Main fundamentals Such as Safety & Quality in the inbound Staging Area of the Production Lines and ensure the continuity of the production.
• Lead improvement cycle for SAP and operations in terms of standard processes, productivity, saving, time management, loss elimination and manpower control.
• Lead new projects installation, validation and qualification (IQ, OQ & PQ) functions in the Staging area. Rework stations, MSG new Formulas, PSG and SAP System.
• Join the Initiation of work process improvement workshop (WPI) and ensure reduction in the effort spent in production processes and manpower capacity on production lines.
• Follow up the Action plans to ensure eliminating the production/operations losses
• Attend/lead the daily/weekly supply chain calls with central planning
• Focus on enhancing the capability, Train/Qualify of Work processes, PM receiving & Issuing and manipulation operators.
• Managing the spending of new projects in the Staging Area, Rework Stations and insuring the project delivery as per the planned Startup Date and fixed Assets Management System owner.

• Responsible of all Storeroom Operation, Systems, MRP and Inventory Reduction Strategies.
• Responsible of Progressive Maintenance and Storeroom SAP key User and equipment maintenance management and planning, maintenance and repair cost and failure analysis.
• Effectively coordinated with Engineering, Planning, W/H, Technical Packaging and other related departments on controlling, monitoring and implementing the actions for cost reduction.
• Responsible for Fleet management, spare part, Defect elimination system leader.
• Assess safety and quality issues before implementing the improvement measures.
• Update and Review (Dept. Scorecard, Boards, the personal scorecards and action plan, Staffing & Crewing, timesheet owner, Participate in Results review with WH Manager Monthly)
• Lead the department meeting (DDS, Weekly, Monthly) and Lead the department Action plan/update.
• Conduct Regular internal & external benchmarking visits.
• Leadership (Leading meeting, daily tour and feedback, Review all Action plans, Contribute in IWS assessments, Conduct team building activities, Lead the department forms/JSA's, JSP's and SOP's on time for making/revision, Review the R&R And Re&Re).
• E&T (Arrange & deliver trainings for STR team capability, Provide quality feedback for W&DP of others, Conduct on-going coaching for STR Team members)
• QA & HSE (Conduct BOS/OFS tours, Lead the House keeping & standards implementation in STR area, Participate in Department HS&E and QA reviews, …).
• AM&PM (Lead PM Pillar Meeting Conducting All Improvements, Update and set The R&R Systems, Qualify People And Equipment to pass the Phase Requirements).
• FI & WPI (Lead the loss analysis exercise for the entire department).

• Responsible for Plan STR material as their need with respect to operation / Safety stock.
• Release Purchase Requisition to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Issue Many Reports important to help improving the STR Planning System such as (Inventory, stock value report per department, IRA, Dead Stock, issues/returns, …)
• Fill the total department overall scorecard, Update STR activities board and Run & review MRP single level
• Leadership activities (Conduct OOS analysis & Follow up OOS AP, Participate in STR Monthly Meetings, conduct spot check & receipt testing, Lead & revise Safety stock after discussion with operation base on MRP exception messages, …)

• Succeeded Process Reliability Capability(PRC), Autonomous Maintenance(AM)/Progressive Maintenance(PM) and Integrated Work Systems(IWS-TPM) Leader
• Responsible for equipment maintenance management and planning, maintenance and repair cost and failure analysis.
• Implement and update a lean manufacturing systems and maintenance strategies with the aim to increase production efficiency while putting in place all policies and procedures to ensure work-safety, cost efficiency and optimum use of machinery and equipment as per P&G Standards.
• Train & qualify all plant levels on those systems
• Leading the maintenance planning & the upgrade stage utilizing SAP program & using all applicable maintenance strategies (TBM, CBM, PdM & RTF) to give more flexibility to production plan depending on market demand.
• Follow up the results and give a feedbacks along with action plans regarding
• Communicate with other regions plants to learn, Benchmark, contribute, and share experiences together weekly/monthly.
• Work with SAP Box (F7P) for the improving the P&S System to reduce the M&R costs.
• Effectively coordinated with Engineering, Planning, W/H, Technical Packaging and other related departments on controlling, monitoring and implementing the actions for cost reduction.
• Responsible for Fleet management, spare part, Defect elimination system leader and racks and facility maintenance.
• Assess safety and quality issues before implementing the improvement measures.

• Responsible for All Electrical Training Related including (Electrical Power, Control, Logics, Electronics, …) (Theoretical & Practical ) and upgrading the Training Materials to be suitable for the factory Business.
• Responsible for OJT in all the group Plants (FSPC I&II, ISPC I&II, NSPC, DRI, TEPCO, TIMESTEEL) and Improving The Saudization in all group Plants.
• Responsible for All Employment Processes Starting From Interview till the Employment of all Saudi participants and improving those systems.

• Responsible for All Maintenance Activities and Results. Leadership and ownership.
• Setting & deploying PM Electrical Maintenance Master Plan.
• Lead, Train and Manage PM Team to execute the plan (Supervisor, formans and electricians)
• Attending/Leading the daily meetings. Reporting the results of the Maintenance.
• Responsible for Any Electrical Project in the Plant(e.g. New Production Lines, Expansions, New Facilities or Utilities, , …)

• Support in a manner of PLC, HMI and IT in many plants (such as HADEED Steel, Rabegh- Siemens).
• Solve & troubleshoot the SCADA Systems in various plants (such as APLCO).
• Improve a technology of communications between PLC, HMI and production lines themselves.
• Reporting the results weekly with the services VP.
